A chill would go down Maldición's spine as he'd sense something powerful behind him. He'd then turn around to see a dragon. None other than Tohru, one of the strongest Chaos Faction members.
Maldición: Oh, wow. Looks like we ran out of strong people.
Tohru: Mind letting go of my friend.
Maldición: Oh, him?
Maldición would then kick Ryder in the stomach as Ryder would already be on the ground as Maldición would turn around with a smug smirk
Maldición: I'm not touching him.
Tohru would step over towards Maldición, before grabbing him by the throat and flying upwards at an intense speed into the sky, leaving a cloud of smoke. After the smoke cleared, Ryder would see Kobayashi and Kanna in front of him as they'd quickly run over towards him and help him up. Ryder would start to tear up after everything that has happened.
Ryder: I'm sorry this happened...this is all my fault...
Kobayashi: It's okay, Ryder. It's not your fault.
Meanwhile in the air, Tohru and Maldición would be barraging each other with punches and kicks, all of them parrying each other. Tohru and Maldición would land one punch that would clash into each other, knocking them away
Maldición: I still haven't turned into my cursed form! And you're struggling!
Tohru: I'll beat you!
Maldición: Y'know, Ryder was meant to be dead. You would probably be happy if he did.
Tohru: You don't know anything!
Maldición: Oh, but there is one thing you might be interesting to know. Ryder Ligero. My vessel? He's none other than my grandson.
Tohru: What?
Maldición: He has the perfect mix of the human spirit and a curse's immortality! He's the perfect connection between both worlds! He is the one that binds both worlds together! He is living proof that both worlds exist! And I'll be the ruler of both!
Maldición would then start to laugh as he says this
Tohru: You're lying! He's human! 100%!
Maldición: Oh, and your "Kobayashi" isn't one that's innocent as well.
Maldición would then start to laugh even more uncontrollably as Tohru would grow annoyed at this as she'd then try to land a punch on Maldición, before he'd block it with two hands and lean closer
Maldición: She's the one that killed him the first time!
Tohru would freeze as she'd hear these words from Maldición's mouth as he'd continue to laugh.
Maldición: Alcohol! She made him get alcohol poisoning and he died!
Tohru: you're lying!
Maldición: You know how she acts when she gets any alcohol in her system! She forced him to take drugs and bourbon at the same time, and she assaulted him after everything! And the best part was she was 22 and he was 16!
Tohru: Stop! I don't want to hear it!
Tohru would then punch Maldición in the jaw, sending him flying down to the ground. Tohru would then crash down to the ground on top of Maldición as she'd start to barrage Maldición with scratches and punches from her claws
