"I'M SO EXCITED!" I exclaimed as soon as we entered our room.

It's GT vs CSK tomorrow and we landed in Chennai a few minutes ago. But the main reason behind my excitement is that I just saw the legendary M.S. Dhoni in the lobby. I was so starstruck after seeing him walk infront of us that Shubman had to nudge me to stop acting like a creep.

Shubman chuckled while closing the door behind us. "You looked like you saw a ghost." He said.

"I can't believe I saw him for real, Shubhi. It's so unreal! I'm so excited to meet him and you know what, I'll ask for his autograph and photograph then get both of them framed." I said, excitedly, looking at Shubman.

He walked closer to me and wrapped his arms around me. "Tell me one thing, He's your favourite cricketer, right?" He asked. I nodded and wrapped my arms around his neck.

"Thodi Jalan horhi hai but okay, it's understandable because he's M.S. Dhoni, afterall" He said, with a sigh. "The question is, who will you support tomorrow? Your husband or your favourite cricketer?" He added, with a small smirk on his face.

(I getting a little jealous.)

"I will support both." I said, nonchalantly.

"But jeetega toh koi ek hi. Who do you want to see win tomorrow?" He said while arching his eyebrows once.

(But only one will win.)

Inhone toh duvidha me daal diya mujhe.

(He has put me in a dilemma.)

I didn't say anything just looked at him with a pout. "This is unfair." I said.

He pecked my nose. "Acting cute won't answer my question, baby." He said, with a smirk.

"Do you want me to answer this as a wife or a fan?" I asked.

"Both."

"Bohot maza aarha hai na aapko?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows at him while he just nodded with a goofy smile on his face.

(You're enjoying this a lot, aren't you?)

I sighed. "I'm rooting for both of you and I want both of you to perform well. He's the reason why I started watching cricket while you're the love of my life and the reason why I continue watching cricket. He literally plays once a year and this is all we fans can get. So, Your question is really mean. It's hard being a diehard fan and a wife, okay?" I said the last part with a huff.

"Diehard fan, huh?" He exclaimed, with raised brows.

I nodded.

"He's my favourite, Shubman. I was just 11 when I started watching cricket and it was because of him." I replied, honestly.
