Chapter 26

Alexis POV

"Okay we are here" Niall said as he parked at his mother's driveway

"Did you just say we are here?" I asked as I started to freak out because I know my nerves are going to come back

Niall made me look at him by him placing two of his fingers under my chin and face me towards him.

"Don't freak out. You listen to me missy. You are going in there and we are going to have fun with my mum and Chris. You are not going to be nervous because I'm going to be with you the whole time okay" he said

"Okay" I told him with a smile on my face

"I love ya" he said with a smile on his face as well

"I love you too" I told him

"Kiss?" he asked me

I giggled and kissed his lips. I was going to pull away but he pulled me into a longer kiss to make me giggle.

"Hey I thought you only wanted a peak?" I asked as we pulled away and he shrugged

"Maybe I wanted a longer kiss. You know I love kissing your lips which I need another kiss before we go inside" he said as he gave me another kiss then pulled away "Do not open the door. I'm going to come and open the door" he said and I giggled

"Okay" I told him

"I'm watching you" he said as he was getting out of the car and I smiled at him

He closed the door and went around the car to open my door. He opened my door and I got out of the car.

"Thank you sir" I told him as I patted his shoulder and he chuckled

"You're welcome ma'am" he said as he bowed down to me

He closed the door and then he held my hand.

"You ready to go in?" Niall asked me

"Yeah" I told him and he kissed my cheek

"You will be fine" he said

"Okay. Oh we forgot the flowers" I told him

"Oh yeah. Hold on" he said as he let go of my hand and went to the car to get the flowers "Got them" he said

"Okay. Let's go" I told him

We walked to the door and Niall rang the doorbell. A few minutes later Maura opened the door with Chris.

"Niall and Alexis come on in. How are you guys?" Maura asked as she hugged Niall and Chris gave me a hug

"It finally nice to Alexis. Maura, here told me so many things about you" Chris said and I smiled

"Good things hopefully" I said and Maura smiled at me

"Don't worry. They are good things. Hi Alexis" Maura said as she hugged me

"Hi Maura" I said as I let go of the hug

"Oh yeah. Mum this is for you and this is for Denise" Niall told Maura as he handed flowers to her

"Oh these are lovely. You guys didn't have to get us flowers" Maura said as we all headed inside the house

"It was this one's idea" Niall said as he nodded his head towards me and I looked at him

"You know this one has a name" I told him and I looked at Maura who is putting flowers in her vase "Do I have permission to punch your son's arm?" I asked Maura and she was smiling at us

"Yes you can" she said and Niall was shocked

I punched his arm and he rubbed the spot where I 'hit' him.
