Hey, guys. I interpreted this on my own since I study Chinese, haha! x)

[1] 你好吗/嗎？- Nǐ hǎo ma - How are you?

[2] 晚上好！ - Wǎnshàng hǎo  - Good Evening! 

嗎 - this 'ma', is Traditional Chinese. In Taiwan they use this and the Kanji in Japan, etc.. 
吗 - this 'ma', is Simplified Chinese. This one is the modernized writing.

Traditional Chinese is usually harder because there's more lines and curves unlike Simplified Chinese, and other explanation as such.     

'Aiyaa' is kinda like something they use for expression/impression in a sound or reaction, like in english, 'ughh', please correct me if I'm wrong. 

China is a really cool character naa~ But the recent news make me hate the REAL China. So guys, ples be careful when eating white rice! ;A;
