You're the love of my life
You tame me from hate and strife
I hurt you like a piercing of a knife
Yet you still want me to be your wife
You treat me like I'm everything special
Though I don't deserve to be royal
Your heart is as loyal
As someone who deserves a golden medal
Know that you are blessed
I still think you're better than the rest
You surpass all the test
And strive to sharpen our relationship at its best
I love you with all my heart
Right from the very start
You accepted my every part
Though I push you away like I ain't smart
I forgive you for what you are and for what you're not
Please accept my apology so it won't rot
I'm sorry for everything I try to cut
I hope what we have won't turn to dust.
