So, what are you going to do now?

I don't know.

It's just that nothing seems worth doing

And it's not me making excuses to be lazy

I know it sounds crazy.

I not doing anything

But I m busy

Trying to figure out

How to function

Without a purpose

How to write

Without a topic

How to carry on a conversation

How to step out the room

Or just get out of the bed

Without feeling empty

Aimless

Directionless

Hopeless

How to hold on to hope

Even when it appears bleak

Teach me how

I put my broken pieces together

And function without a flaw

Tell me not to give up

Especially, when I m feeling this low.

Teach me how to rhyme words

And write verses with a flow.

Teach me how to continue the stories

I left untold

Tell me not to be scared about

The events tomorrow will unfold.

Teach me how to bold

When I m scantily clad in the cold.

Teach me how to live

Without the need to depend

On you and your reactions

That I have grown to like.
