"Roman, why are you such a pauciloquent?" both Roman and Patton looked at Logan weirdly when the unexpected happened, Virgil laughed.

"What? Why is that funny?" Roman asked, looking at Virgil and Logan back and forth.

"A person with few words is the definition, and I must agree with Logan," Virgil smirked as Roman gaped at him. Roman stuttered at him, trying to form a sentence when Virgil cut in, "at least you're not a snoutband, like someone." he looked to Logan and began laughing at Logan's reaction. "And a word to describe dad would definitely be eunoia."

Logan agreed and Patton nervously asked what it meant, "beautiful thinking." Patton let out an aw and hugged his son, claiming to love him so much but Virgil was too busy glaring at roman for teasing him for being nice.

Virgil hugged Patton back and soon their conversation was continued, eventually, Thomas joining in for the fun. "You're such a mensch" Thomas looked hurt at first before Virgil and Logan burst out laughing. "What?"

"They've been doing this all day! They're saying big words that we don't know and talking to each other confusingly. It's probably a compliment though."

"It means a decent, upright, mature and responsible person." Thomas thanked them and they got back to the conversation. Lots of other words were used that only Logan and Virgil knew. Roman mentioned something that Virgil and Logan seemed to have different opinions and soon a very petty fight broke out between the two.

"God, you're such a zounderkite! you honestly make me want to get a dudevorce." Logan said as he was about to leave the room.

"backpfeifengesicht!" Virgil shouted at him, Thomas recognized it and scolded Virgil for using it. 

"You know, sometimes you make me actually wonder if you have thanatophobia with the way you act," Logan shouted back, storming out of the room, Virgil quickly following him.

"Sometimes I really wanna hate all of your minutiae! Ugh!" Virgil began to storm away also when logan shouted something at him again.

"Kalon!" Virgil froze at those words and felt his face heat up. "Shit.." he heard Logan's footsteps quiet as he began to go to his room after figuring out Virgil knew what that meant.

"Logan, wait!" he ran up to Logan. "D-do. um.. d-did you really mean that?" Logan blushed, biting his lip he nodded.

"Yeah.. sorry about that I-I understand i-if you– mpf!" Virgil grabbed his face and brought it down to sweetly kiss him.

"I think you're kalon too." he smiled, "sorry about the fight."

"It's fine, hey, if we never got in it we might not have ever confessed that, so be happy the fight happened and is over with instead of dwelling on that sorry feeling." Virgil smiled as logan before hugging him and resting his head on Logan's shoulder.

"Oh my god, this is adorable!" Patton exclaimed and the two jumped back before Roman and Thomas could see them.

"Dad!" Virgil whined pouting at him, "respect our privacy!"

"To be honest, I thought you might have killed Logan so I was coming to help hide the body." Patton shrugged holding back his smile.

"Wow, thanks. But if I ever need help with hiding a body, I'll come to you, okay?" Patton laughed and nodded.

"Okay, guys let's go back and play a board game so we can leave these two lovebirds alone."

"Lovebirds?" Roman asked, walking into the room and Thomas winked at the two, following roman.

"Dad! How could you do this to me?!" Virgil shouted, dramatically falling to the floor in embarrassment.

"I love you, my dark strange son!"
