Bruises on her neck
Kisses and bites which blossomed from a peck"Everything's going to be alright"
She whispered alone at nightGaze locked to that one point on the ceiling
Hours go by as tears streamed wanting feeling"Maybe I should let it go"
She thought watching the moon glowSinking into her tub, the water on her skin
Her pale features, figure unhealthy and thin"It won't make a difference anyway"
She mumbled as a tear slipped awayAn empty bottle falls to the tiled floor
Her breath slowing, numbness taking over"Its better this way"
She closed her eyes, drifting away that SundaySilence fell over like the midnight sky
Her lost soul leaving with an unspoken goodbye
