Luna's pov I was sleeping peacefully when i heard the blaring sound of my phone. I looked at the clock on my nightstand, it's 3:47 in the morning!!!! Who's calling me?
I groan in annoyance grabbing my phone i see that JJ's calling. I raise an eyebrow before answering before i could say anything i hear JJ yell
"Nah fam you're dumb, are you even trying? I bet you're gonna lose to Jake" I wince as the phone was right against my ear
"JJ?" i question i heard a door slam before hearing JJ's voice
"Sorry babe, I'm just stressed and i needed to hear your voice"
"I wanted to as well but not you screaming" i giggled i heard his laugh
"Did i wake you?" I sighed
"Yes, it's literally 3 almost 4 in the morning"
"Shit I'm sorry"
"It's fine, so what has you all stressed?" I asked hoping i could help in some way
"Deji, he just got here and he's already pissing me off"
I took a deep breath why do they always have to be so complicated
"What's happened?"
"We were sparring and he was running away from me like is he gonna run away from Jake. I get I'm better than Jake but if he can hit me and take hits from me he should be able to take on Jake" i nodded acting like he could see me, i understood where he was coming from
"Yeah i get that but you should talk to him in a different manner not call him dumb and tell him he's going to lose be more understanding of him, he's never boxed before so try going easy on him tell him you want to push him so he can be the very best and you're doing it because you care"
He sighed
"I just want him to win but it's so frustrating when it feels like he isn't trying"
"I know i know but talk to him start easy when you spar and slowly get more aggressive and if Deji can't handle it he can always find a different team who will work with him differently not everyone learns the same way"
"Yeah you're right -
I cut him off
"Always am" i smiled
He giggled
"I'll talk to him, but before i go can you send me a picture i need to see your beautiful face" i grinned
"I look gross right now"
"I don't care i just wanna see my gorgeous girlfriend" my heart fluttered
"Okay okay let me turn the lights on and stuff I'll send you one in a bit"
"I look forward to it"
"Bye Jide i love you"
"Bye Babes i love you too" i hung up the phone smiling to myself god he makes me melt.
I turned on the lights fixing my hair slightly before taking a few pictures wasn't a big fan of any but decided to send him one.
I opened our messages picking a picture

Jide- God you truly are stunning, Yes babe go back to sleep😙
Butterflies filled my stomach
Luna-Wait wait where's my picture?:(
i smiled to myself
Jide- I look bad rn
i rolled my eyes
Luna- You always look bad so who cares
Jide-😐 you get no picture
i laughed
Luna- No baby i was kidding🥺 you're so handsome, now send me a picture!
Jide- Fine only because i love you
i grinned
Luna- Yay!
I waited patiently before receiving a message
