You wiped your eyes and sat upwards, calling the number on your phone.
No response.
What did you expect?
It was all an act.
You sniffled, putting your head down at your knees. You wondered silently why you were still sad, even though you had made the volleyball team and a bunch of new friends. Everything was so positive, so why were you so hung up on this one topic? And it's only been a week, too! Were you being too clingy?
Shaking now, you thought about how he might not like you because of how clingy you were. You pried him for answers, asked him about his day, offered to call him every weekend...
Was it all too much? Was this all your fault?
Or maybe he was just busy! Not contacting you for a week doesn't mean there's something wrong or that he's trying to cut you out of his life!
Either way, he wasn't there for you. But did he really owe you that? He had already supported you enough. Maybe he doesn't care enough. Maybe-
"(Y/n)?"
A familiar voice interrupted your rambling thoughts.
"S-Suga-san?" You looked at him with puffy eyes. He looked back at you with a genuinely worried look, like the mother he is.
"Are you okay?" He hesitantly sat beside you and you scooted over to make room.
"I'm fine. Why are you here?" The question came out harsher than you intended.
"You didn't seem fine when I saw you walk over here," He replied. You were quick to become embarrassed. "What's going on?"
Your Choices:
a. "Why do you care?"
b. Tell him everything and vent.
c. "But I am fine. It doesn't matter."
d. Lie and change the subject.
I will make a chapter for each of these, they don't affect the future since those are too many timelines. They lead down the same path, they'll just give you little one shot scenes depending on which you choose. (Of course, you can read all of them, I just wanted to make the story a bit more interactive!! [and depending on how it goes I might do this more often])
