The proposal

Vic's p.o.v.

"Hi I put a ring on hold here a couple days ago and I'm looking to purchase it?" I told the lady at the front desk

"Sure what's the name" she asked with a smile "Victor Fuentes" I told her she nodded typing it in, in the computer "it's out in the back let me go grab it for you" she said I nodded "thank you" I told her nicely

I was nervous about tonight I was proposing to Danielle the love of my life I planned a nice dinner by the beach and later that evening I plan on taking a walk on the beach with her and asking her

The lady came back with a box in hand "is this the ring Mr.Fuentes?" she asked I nodded "yes, yes it is" I told her "alright let's go ring it up in the counter" I nodded following her to the cash register I payed her the amount and I was done "good luck Mr.Fuentes she's a very lucky girl" the woman said I smiled "thank you have a nice day" I told her "you too mr.Fuentes" she said as I exited the store

I rang up Jaime to see how things were going back at the beach him and mike were setting up for me tony would have helped to but he was out with kristel

"Hello?" Jaime said sounding panicked "hey how are things going so far?" I asked him "great we just set up the table did you buy the ring already?" he asked "yeah" I told him "alright I gotta go but ill talk to you later" Jaime said "okay bye" I said hanging up the phone

I got in the car and started driving back to the house I told Danielle to be ready by 7:00 and it was now 4:30 on the way back I started thinking about my past relationships and how bad everything went with cara

"Snap out of it vic Danielle isn't another cara" i told my self confidently

I parked the car outside the house and went inside I paced around the house for a good half hour till I decided to start getting ready

****at the beach with Danielle

"Wow this is beautiful vic" Danielle said as I pushed her chair in for her to sit down "its nothing plus Jaime and mike did all the work" I told her she laughed "you have a beautiful laugh" I told her she blushed "thank you" she said

I served us some wine and raised our glasses so I could make a toast "here's to us" I said "to us" she repeated after me *clink*

She took a bite out of the food the guys prepared for us which was spaghetti and meatballs classy guys I thought to myself

We were walking along the beach with us making small talk till I came to a sudden stop "vic what are you doing?" she asked with a laugh i took a deep breath

"Danielle I love you with all my heart I want us to have kids together an grown old together and honestly I can't see my self doing that with anybody else but you" I said

I got down on one knee and tool the ring out of my pocket she gasped "Danielle will you marry me?"
