This song has gotten me through many many many bad days it's kind of sad lol

But this song is about being able to keep going, moving on when times get tough, with friends that can help pick you up.

Even when you think you're done and can't keep going, you actually can, and that your past is the past and the only thing one can do is grow from it.

The song also touches on the topic of everyone eventually dying, no matter how much you love them, which can apply in Ray's case especially.

The sound of tires spinning could be heard and the sensation of the impact jolted him awake.

What the fuck did you do?

Fuckshit sat up on the bed, panicked from experiencing the car accident yet again in his dreams.

He looked beside him and noticed she wasn't there and he couldn't help but notice the anxiety building up inside him every second he was left alone. But just on cue, Ashley entered his room and was surprised to see him awake.

"Sorry I had to go to the bathroom," she apologized quietly, stepping into the bed and looking at him. "I shouldn't have left as soon as you fell asleep..." she started, but Fuckshit shook his head to tell her that it was alright and layed back down.

It had been two days and Ashley continued to keep Fuckshit company in order for him to get in some adequate sleep. Unfortunately from the symptoms and behaviors, everyone had noticed in Fuckshit, it was clear he had developed some form of PTSD from the accident.

It was especially hard at night, when he was just so exhausted it subliminally caused his body more stress, and in turn more nightmares.

Fuckshit sighed and rubbed his temples. Accepting that sleep wasn't possible, he got up from the bed and made his way downstairs to get some fresh air.

He slid the screen doors to the backyard and sat down on the bench.

Sometimes, he wished there were more people in his life to guide him as parents are supposed to.

Then he thought back to when he was younger and realized that he had guides, just not the typical ones you would see.

It's no doubt there's a certain stigma behind skaters, that they were just rebellious kids and criminals at that.

No one gives them a chance when in reality, most of the people in this particular scene hold more heart than the average person in a grocery store.

The older skaters were especially always there for everybody because sadly, it was understood that many kids came to the skatepark to get away and escape whatever bullshit they had to deal with at home.

They had not only taught Ray and Fuckshit how to drop in on their skateboards but they also taught them core values in life.

That there were repercussions for everything.

Fuckshit evaluated his life as it was in that moment and hated how things turned out.

How he allowed his life to turn out.

Stevie's mom decided not to press charges, but he was still in major shit from everything else. But there were repercussions for everything, and he fully accepted whatever consequence and owned up to the fact that he had messed up big time.
