Kai and Hiccup were estatic to learn they were actually brothers by blood. They immediately started chatting a lot about what they have done with their lives. Kai had to leave out a lot of details to stop him from seeming crazy, but he was more impressed with his brother nearly every moment.

"The dragon was the size of a mountain?" Kai asks in disbelief. "Yeah it was crazy. How you think I lost my foot?" Hiccup asks with a laugh gesturing to his metal leg. "I thought Tooth-less ate it," Kai answers with a casual shrug. Tooth-less gave a offended look at Kai before settling back to his nap. Stoic gave a large smile and the embarrassed laugh Hiccup gave.

The other riders were showing everyone else from Berk the gold Kai had agreed to give them. It made Spite-lout hate Kai even more than he already did.

"So son? How did you come upon so much gold?" Stoic asks. Kai thought for a moment before he decided to tell him. "My dragon Flame. Her scales are made of gold and she sheds around twenty a day. That's actually how I met Hiccup. I was watching over Flame and her eggs when Fish-legs found me and him thinking I was a hunter brought the others," I explained. "A dragon that has golden scales? You must be rich son," Dad said. "Not really, once Flame's eggs have hatched she needs to go back home to fuse with the others," I said. "Others?" Hiccup asks. "The dragons of my friends. Four dragons become one when that happens Flame won't be able to make golden scales anymore," I explained.

"And what are these friends like?" Dad asks me. "They are basically my family as well. I call them my brother's and they are very skilled in combat just like me. The type of combat we use is focused on stealth and illusion. I was on the island for a week and a half before being found," I explained. Dad looked impressed with that and I smiled.

As we continued to talk a man came inside the hut. He had a brown beard, a ugly nose, a leather belt, a few rings, a hat, and clothing of fine quantity to suggest he was clearly a merchant. He also had on a welcoming smile plastered onto his face. "Master Hiccup! Chief Stoic it is quite a fine day to see you both," The man said and both of my family members smiles widely at him. "Trader Yohan, what are you doing here?" Hiccup asks. The man gave a small frown indication he was going to give some bad news. "I am afraid Viggo and his men have raided my stocks nearly dry and when I heard of your sudden wealth I was hoping you could spare a few pieces of gold. After all I have been nothing, but loyal and humble in your adventures since you trained your Night fury here," Yohan said.

Stoic smiles and gave a laugh standing up and patting him on the back and he stumbled giving a small laugh and rubbing his back a little. "Of course we will give you some gold," Stoic said gladly. "Well as much as we would be happy to the decision is Kai's and I am positive he would," Hiccup began. "No," Kai said with a icy glare.

Stoic and Hiccup looked at Kai like he was crazy. "Son I understand you don't really know him, but Trader Yohan has been a loyal companion since I became chief nearly twenty years ago," Stoic said. "And if it was not for him me and my team would have not been able to survive against Viggo," Hiccup said. "I stand firm. I trust my own instincts. You have all known him for a long time, but not me and I don't like him," Kai said simply. "I am right here young sir and if you like I could offer you rare silks or the finest crafted swords in exchange for the gold," Yohan said kindly with a air of mystery. "Your not getting the gold," Kai said as a final word and left knowing the guy was going to beg.

"M-master Hiccup! I am in desperate need of the money. I am in debt to many a nasty characters and I must have the gold soon or I fear I will no longer have a head by noon," Yohan said in his usual timid manner and did a cutting motion at his neck. "Don't worry Yohan let me just talk to him," Hiccup said. "We both will," Stoic said.

Later Kai's POV

I do not like that man. He reminds me of Jay. He may seem like a weak talker with a timid personality, but get on his bad side and he could kill you in the blink of a eye. Only difference was that whatever that man was putting up I do not buy one bit. I already know he is a trader which means he would have to be a lot less scared than how he appeared in front of my dad. Flame said I need to trust my own instincts and they are telling me not to trust this guy.
