So if you are not on pointe it is important to have strong ankles. I did not have strong Ankles when I started pointe,and I could barley get onto the box.

Picking out a ballet school.
It is so important to pick out the right ballet studio, these are some things to look for,is there lots if room to dance and jump?,are the girls having fun,is that a good teacher, I found all of this at my dance school.
