They asked what are some ways to strengthen your ankles?
Well guess What!!







I have weak ankles!! I know it sucks but here are some stretches that you can do, get a Thera band or a stretch band or whatever you would like to call it and start with ONE foot and start with it flexed straight up,
Then do flex and point and do that over and over again let's say 25 times on each foot,( you want to have the band wrapped just below your toes enough that your foot won't slip out of the band) then you can do it going through Demi point 25 times each foot, and do it every day! I hope this helps!!
