A figure stood by the edge of the pool reminiscing moments he'd spent with her. Trees rustled and crickets chirped around him-the wind blew sending a shiver down his spine- "Where are you Ishqi" he muttered
Ahaan had gotten her bailed- he couldn't believe she had given up so easily- "I know her- Ishqi never settles for wrong but she accepted defeat over telling me the truth....why?". I just hope she gets here soon- that's if she chooses to come-"
He sighed, after a few moments he heard footsteps behind him- "Ishqi" he whispered and immediately turned around. He saw her approaching him, she looked worried and in pain- forgetting everything he ran towards her, "Ishqi are you alright?!" he asked tensely
"I'm fine Ahaan- I just met with a little accident while coming here" she explained-
Ahaan saw blood trickling down her arm- "Little accident? LITTLE?!! Your arm is bleeding Ishqi...how did the accident happen??? and why were you coming here by foot?? Agar kuch serious hojata toh?! How can you be so careless Ishqi?!! he scolded her-
Ishqi: Kuch nahi hua hai mujhe... and I came here because we need to talk, I have to tell you something before it's too late Ahaan-
Ahaan: I know, lekin pehle you're going to let me bandage your arm and then we'll discuss the happenings of the past few days-
Ishqi: Ahaan there's no time for-
He cut her off- "Don't worry Ishqi, mein promise karta houn ke I'll listen to whatever you have to say but we need to aid your arm first- please"
Ishqi nodded in agreement-
He grabbed her hand and led her to his room, it was around 11pm so people were mostly asleep so no one questioned them- He inserted the key card and opened his room door-
"Go sit on the bed, I'll get the first aid box from Kartik's room" he instructed-
Hmm, she replied-
Usually Ishqi would pester him, ask tons of questions to purposely irritate him but not today, she meekly followed his instructions. "Why is he showing so much care and concern for me?? Doesn't he remember that he was the one who got me arrested- Ughhhh- Mein roadon pe metro chala sakti houn per inki teen hazar personalities ko kabhi nahi samaj sakti, subah gussay aur nafrat ka bomb phorah mere sar par aur aab itna concern, itni fikar dekha rahe hai....kyun?.."
