Lorenzo's Pov

I watch Aurora walk out of the building with Alessandro following her. I look over at the therapist who had a small smile.

"Well today was a good day Mr. Bernardi. Aurora spoke and told me what happened at her birthday." She said and I was amazed. Aurora spoke?

"Aurora has severe depression and she should be watch 24/7. I have a prescription for her to help but you never know. She needs to be eating more because every time she walks in here she looks skinnier. Depression can cause her to not want to eat but it's her minds way of showing her that she's dying." The therapist says as I try to hold tears back. I nod and thank the doctor before heading to the car.

"So I heard today was a good session Bambina." I said as I sat in the car. I looked at her but she just looked out the window. As I drive home I see her slowly slump down in the seat and head her softly snore.

As I look at Alessandro I can see him nervously playing with his hands. They were very close so it's very hard to see her like this.

"She spoke" I said softly not wanting to wake her up.

Alessandro wiped his head at me and had a giant smile on his face with tears coming down his cheeks.

"But she has severe depression and is losing weight which is making her weaker and her body might start shutting down. In other words she's dying." I said as tears ran down my face.

Alessandro put his hands over his face as he started to cry harder. This time they weren't happy tears. When we got to the mansion Alessandro picked her up and brought her to his room where they laid together. Her snoring and unconsciously cuddling with him and him crying.

I have a maid cook a nutritional lunch and had another maid by as many health supplements she could find.

When Aurora woke she would have a nutrition boost.

Aurora's Pov

When I woke I was holding onto Alessandro's shirt and my head was on his bicep. He was asleep but I could see tear stains on his cheeks. I know known of this is there fault but they lied to me. I slowly try to untangled myself from him but as soon as I do his arm searches for me and once it finds me I'm pulled back into him.

After attempting two more times and failing I decide that I'll wait till he's awake before I retreat back to my room.

I lay my head back down and close my eyes.

When I wake up again Alessandro is sitting up against his headboard with me on his lap curled up in a ball leaning against his chest while he's reading a book.

I move off of him and leave the room. I hear him following behind me and as soon as I reach my door he grabs my arm and pulls me back to him.

"It's time to eat bambina." He said softly rubbing circles with his thumb on my arm. I try to pull away but I can't so I let him lead me downstairs to the dinning room.

As soon as I'm near dad he picks me up and sits me on his lap. I see two plates full of fruits, vegetables, meat, and next to the plates are a pile of pills.

I lower my head. I don't want to eat I just want to hide in my room on my bed.

Dad puts a spoon with cut up strawberries near my mouth but I don't open it.

"Bambina you have to eat otherwise we're going to have to take you to the hospital and they will have to put multiple needles in you so you can get your nutrients." He warned making my eyes go wide.

I slowly opened my mouth and he put the spoon in. We continued this pattern of him threatening needles and me opening my mouth.

Once we got to the pills he would make sure I swallowed every single one of them.

When we were done eating Matteo came over and picked me I'll before talking me to the movie room where he put my favorite movie on and rolled me up into a big blanket and set me on his lap as we watched the movie.

No words were exchanged just the sound of the movie. After listening to the movie I slowly fell asleep.
