CHAPTER 3

A few weeks pass and all is doing well, the newly Crowned Queen got a little busy, her schedule got full in a snap of a finger and the Queen Mother always gives her advice how to deal with stress

She got invitation everywhere and made sure she wouldn't disappoint them, the royal army make sure the Queen will always comfortable

The general sometimes can't be with her due to his duty not only on the Queen but to the kingdom tho he's not the only general in the royal army but whenever it's a matter of the queen, he make sure he will assigned his best men to be with her majesty

He can't leave his other work but he always make sure to catch up with her whenever he can

Aside from inspecting all the places the Queen must attend beforehand, he makes sure all the letter will pass thru him before it reach the Queen

Till one of the letter he received this morning got a little suspicious so he pass it thru to the Queen Mother, it got a seal from the royal family too

Kim Seokjin POV

I couldn't imagine this day will come, my late husband's niece Arianna has arrived and she demands to stay in the palace though it didn't specified what intentions she have for her sudden arrival

My late husband, the King of Chancery have an older brother named Dunstan

He should be an heir to the throne but King James II, their father chose my husband to be the next in line for his good behavior and love for the kingdom and people loves him too

I've met my late husband when we were attending our class for self defense, in our younger days, I remembered him standing tall and handsome, actually he looks like the current Prime Minister Kim Namjoon, he's good at handling sword and archery

you'll never heard him telling others who he is or demand for special treatment or attention just because he's the prince

We fell in love and eventually ask my my parents, the duke and duchess of Covent to be his wife, never aim for the throne, he's naturally polite, kind and obedient.

We never dream to rule this kingdom for all we know, the first born will inherit the throne and that is his older brother Dunstan

But God have his plan for the two of us.. I'm pregnant to our child Kim Taehyung when all the scandal and controversy rose all over the kingdom, his older brother being so full of himself making a path on his own

He had been so rebellious from the start, his attitude put him to his place.. he doesn't care at all what will people say, if he wants something, someone must give it to him whatever it takes, if not, he will throw tantrums like a 4 year old child

He's been in a bar every night partying, got all the girls he wants and sleep around, the king and queen got worried for his behavior, what could happen to the kingdom if one day he decided to choose one of his girls from that kind of work in a bar becomes queen?

Nobody wants that and this gave the representatives of the Parliament the power and reasons to decide and interfere, with the rate he got from the people, the Late King James II have no choice but to pass the crown to their younger son, my late husband

The situation gave the people the idea to change some rule, that it's shouldn't  not be always the first born who will inherit the throne, doesn't matter what gender they have, the people have the right to choose who want them to rule between the children of the King

Yes, the citizen in our kingdom have a freedom to express themselves about the royal family

We must gain their approval before we decide on particular matter for few circumstances have to be done to avoid conflicts or else we have to face their wrath and take down the monarchy
