CHAPTER 11

Taehyung POV

Mom decided to continue her rest inside her room, I'm accompany her leaving my best friend in the garden with general Jungkook and Capt. Hoseok. King Yoongi and prime minister Namjoon having a conversation inside my office.

"Mom, are you alright? What happened?" I ask worried closing the door behind me, I come near  standing beside her

"I'm fine, is it all because of the heat" mom said sitting on the side of her bed

" You sure? Or because uncle Namjoon told you another a not so good news?!" I won't leave her till she spill it to me

" What kind of news would that be? It's nothing to worry about Tae, don't worry about me"

"I saw how paled you are earlier mom, I know there's something wrong" I insist

"Okay, I'm going to tell you but let me know your honest opinion on this" she hold my hand pulling me to sit beside her

"The Prime Minister.... He.. he said.. the he have feelings for me" she look at me in the eye waiting for my reaction

"Really mom? He confessed!! Oh my!" I squeeze her hand unconsciously, smiling at the thought.. uncle Namjoon is a good man, he's a good friend of mom since they are school and batch mate

"He said to please consider his feelings for me"

"So? What can you say about this? What I'm going to do?" Mom look confuse

"What's important is do you feel the same way to him?" I ask smiling

"I loved your dad, I know you knew that right?" Mom look down thinking

"Of course I know that mom, I don't have right to question that"

"I liked him even when we were students but as a girl, it's not right to confess to a boy, but your dad... He's been vocal to his feelings for me and I fell inlove with him regardless of his social status"

" Namjoon didn't tell me that he's having this kind of feelings before so I have no clue that he likes me, I'm shocked to his sudden confession"

"why are you worried about mom? he confessed, it's all up to you if you accept him right?"

" Yeah, it's all up to me  but I have to consider alot of things, specially you my dear.. "

"you don't have to worry about me! mom I'm grown up now and I don't mind having the Prime Minister to be my stepdad" I smile sweetly to her

I want to see mom happy again, he suffer a lot when dad died, she worked hard for the country, for being my regent, I think it's only fair if she have someone to take care of her this time

"But if I accept him, what would the others might think of me?" She look sad of the thought

"Mom, if you like him too be with him! You don't have to worry what other wants to think! They always have something to say whatever we do. We're talking about our happiness here! I'm giving you my blessing! And uncle Namjoon is a good man! People will like him for you!"

"thank you sweetheart" she smile hearing my thoughts

" No mom, thank you for all your sacrifices for me, you've been good and fair for all of us, it's time to think of your happiness, you're not getting any younger, don't make uncle Namjoon wait for more days! He's been waiting for you enough and I wanted to have siblings! Maybe a little Namjin running around the palace could bring back the laughter here"  I said teasing her

" Okay, enough of that, you talking about siblings already... I will accept him, and hopefully everything will be fine" she smiles sweetly

" Yay!!! I'm so happy for you mom!" I hug her tight
