CHAPTER 17

It was late evening when queens came into the hospital to visit the general in his private room, the queen mother got teary too seeing the general laying unconscious on the bed

Jungkook is like a son to her, after a few minutes talking to his doctors Queen mother Jin leave her daughter to stay alone in the room, the young queen let her tears flows for his hyungie

She sits beside his bed holding his hand, a face oxygen mask is placed in Jungkook helping him to breathe properly, still sleeping like a baby not bother on anyone who speaks near him but the doctors assuring them that he's out of danger now and he can wake up anytime soon

A bag of blood still transfusing to him,
The queen mother occupied the next room with a huge bed to sleep for the night in case her daughter joined her but Taehyung decided to never leave her hyungie, she wants to be the first one Jungkook to see when he opens his eyes

After crying for a while, she lays her head in the bed to have some sleep while still sitting and holding his hand

It's 6am when Tae felt her hands is being squeeze by Jungkook, the general woken up seeing the young queen by his side sleeping in a uncomfortable position

He removed his oxygen mask and tried to touch her head but he felt the pain in his wound and he squeezed her hand unintentionally due to pain, the queen woke up and saw Jungkook with unreadable pain in his face and stands up

"Hyung, don't move too much..." Tae said still holding his hand

"Tae, what are you doing here? You sleeping while sitting! You'll have back pain, where's captain Hoseok, he shouldn't let you stay here"

"Stop worrying about me! You've been sleeping for 16 hours now and I'm worried! You lose too much blood!" Tae cried again saying this to Jungkook

"But I'm awake now and feeling better, Tae please, you better call the Captain so he can get you a room to have proper rest"

"I want to stay here! I will get my rest here! I won't leave you alone hyung" she cried hugging his hyung avoiding his wounded arm

He pat her back consoling her.. "stop crying now your Majesty, I'm sorry for worrying you"

"You've been shot and almost died and still saying sorry for making me cry! They didn't informed me about that attack and let me have my vacation while you almost died doing your job"

Jungkook chuckled for that

" It is my job your Majesty, it's an honor to die keeping you safe"

" But I don't want you to die hyung atleast not yet!!" she cries more

" Yeah, not yet... I will cheat death for you my queen" he whisper

" Hyung!!" She whines, she press her face in his chest hearing his heartbeat

" My queen, stop crying now please?"

" When you get better, I won't go anywhere without you! You'll be my personal bodyguard! understand!!" She demands looking at his hyung then she nuzzles in his neck smelling him

" As you wished your Majesty" he smiles

A nurse knocks in the door and walks in to do her routine, she greeted the queen good morning. The queen stand near his bed observing the nurse

She went to check his blood pressure, his dextrose and change his bandages, the general is wearing a hospital gown and the nurse simply flirted with him even the queen is in there observing how she's holding his hands for no reason, smiling sweetly at him and blushing
