(Y/N) = Your Name (or if you want, you can make up a character, as I know some people are uncomfortable by the idea of inserting themselves/seeing themselves as a character)
(L/N) = Last Name (again, you can make up one if you want to)
I decided, to make it interesting, I would provide a name, that I feel fits the (Y/N) character and you can choose whether to use it or not.

(F/C) = Favourite Colour
(E/C) = Eye Colour
(H/L) = Hair Length
(H/C) = Hair Colour
(S/C) = Skin Colour
