Look deeper in her eyes
See if she's still alive
Breathing and Blinking,
Well that's a signYou check her pulse
Heart's beating fine
Yet in the monitor
It shows a flat lineCan't get close
Wonder who's afraid
Throat's too choked and voice betrays
Who knows how and what to say
You hope you have just another dayHer hands are cold
Got Sweaty palms
Sleeves never fold
That hide her arms
What she hides in them who knows
What kinda demons hide in those?One day she asks you
What you see when you look at her
If you believe she's desirable
And in those sunken eyes
And lips like postcalamatic debris
You find a life
That stives for peace
You tell her of a place that exists in dreams
for you and her, beyond originYou tell her that you would soon be there
Where the air isn't replete with pestilence
You hold her, tell her it'll be fine
