Yes, I love a man.
And I feel no Shame
holding his hand
walking through a lane.

Yes, I love a woman
And I wish to have a family with her
We don't care about the allegations
With mere profanities, we won't deter.

I'm bisexual and I was born this way
I don't pay heed to the society's nays
No, I don't care
what's between those legs

I'm transgender and I'm a defilement to my family
My mother cries to have a child like me
My siblings remark me with words obscene

Fifteen I was,
my uncle raped me
I cried there, I sobbed
Why did I receive this body?

My life has no meaning
my gender has no identity
All my life I'd be agonizing
accepting the accusations society throws at me.

Yes, we're human
and we were given this life
Why shall we face abstention
for the love that we strive?

The more you care about those fingers
give a damn about them
The more they seem In number
till they start to maim
