Chapter 3: Into the night, Part II

--"How about i hand you nothing and you fuck off before i blow your brains out" Says Abel and when the guy seems to get on a fighting stance he opens fire at him, firing 3 bullets towards him and in an instant, the guy slashes the 3 bullets out of the air, making the bullets miss and hit the ground behind him

--"Do not say i did not warn you" says the guy whilst rushing towards Abel who opened fire again, shooting 2 bullets for which the guy had to stop to deflect

--"I can see that you have quite the reflexes" says Abel whilst taking some steps back and pushing Mae to the side with his body, making her fall towards a patch of grass and before she started to complain Abel signaled for her to stay down

--"And i can see you have quite the aim, what is your name?" Asks the sword guy

--"Juan Pérez" says Abel

--"César Aguilar" says the sword guy whilst doing some fancy movements with the sword, Abel taking advantage of the moment he shoots 2 bullets at the guy which he deflects and makes a snappy comment about how Abel is using cheap tactics, launching himself towards Abel who jumps out of the way from the sword slash and starts to reload his weapon, whilst he pulled a mag out of his jacket and reloaded the weapon he started to think 'He seems to need to stop to deflect my shots and he seems to pay his full attention to me and he does not know i have telekinesis, i have an idea'.

After reloading Abel starts to walk sideways until he is back in front of Mae and activates his telekinesis whilst shooting the entire magazine towards César who stands still for just enough time for 2 bullets and some bullet fragments to pierce his back, destroying his lungs in the process making him fall to the ground, bleeding to death and before he can move an inch Abel puts a bullet on the chamber of his handgun manually and shoots César on the head to make sure he is dead, after that he helps Mae up and she has only one question on her mind that she asks the moment she sees Abel

--"How!?"

--"I used my telekinesis to raise some of the bullets he deflected, i used you as a reference point to aim the bullets with my telekinesis, making sure he could not see them and then shooting my entire magazine to distract him long enough to injure him with the deflected bullets" says Abel

--"You seem to have a strange way to fight" says Mae

--"Why do you say that?" Asks Abel whilst reloading his weapon once again

--"Because you could have used your telekinesis for a more direct attack" says Mae

--"But that would reveal my power right away and take away the element of surprise" says Abel whilst he raised the bullet casings with his telekinesis and moved them to a nearby trashcan and throwing the body into a nearby abandoned patch of land with overgrown grass.

--"You seem to have some odd ideas" says Mae not caring much about what Abel is doing

--"You seem to not care much that i just killed someone in front of you" says Abel, not really minding her state of mind

--"You should remember that i am not exactly human and you did do your part of our deal, so, should i give you another power?" Says Mae

--"When we are back home, let's go, i promise to show you something pretty once we get back home" Abel says whilst remembering the kinds of products they sell at the store they are going 'Maybe she would like how a flame changes color when you add copper to it'

An hour later

--"So, what is that thing you wanted to show me?" Asks Mae whilst watching how Abel puts some blue crystals that dissolve in some water before adding some rubbing alcohol and mixing
