Chapter 18: A Break In

The day had started off normal. Well as normal as it could have been. Izuku just felt uneasy. Bakugo noticed this when he saw the boy waiting for him infront his house

"Oi Deku, you okay?" The boy asked

Izuku wasn't sure. He just felt as though something might happen. And so he walked to school with Bakugo that day.

With how the boy was acting, Bakugo was on edge. Izuku had a sixth sense for these kinds of stuff. And not Karma sense. So he practically had a hand on the smaller boys back all the way to school

Aizawa had gone on patrol the night before and had gone straight to school after it had ended. So Izuku was by himself that night. He had made his own dinner, did his homework and then went to bed. Just normal teen routine

The moment they reached the UA gates they saw them. The press was gathered there. And that was when karma sense went off.

Like a ringing bell in Izuku's head he grabbed onto Bakugo's head. Bakugo instantly noticed something wrong and held the boy close. The press was swarming the gates and blocking the way

They had figured Allmight was a teacher at UA and wanted information. Izuku didn't like the swarming crowd. It made him agitated. The low growls coming from the boy was enough to get Bakugo moving. He threw his blazer over the smaller teen

When Deku was agitated his instincts would take over and he would lash out. He pulled the boy close and tried to push through. But Izuku's nose caught on to something

There was something in the air. A scent. A familiar one.

"Move it you damn extras!" The blond raged as he pushed pass the pesky press

He was able to spot Aizawa and Mic upfront and waved to them. Aizawa wasted no time in getting to his ward. Pushing through the crowd he grabbed both Bakugo and Izuku and pulled them to the gates

But before Izuku was through he caught on to the familiar scent. Two familiar scents lingering in the crowd. He tried to rush back out but Aizawa caught him

Something was definitely wrong. The boy was on high alert. His claws were out unconsciously

"Izuku calm down. Breath. Remember what I thought you" Aizawa says

Izuku nodded. He took deep breaths. Held it in for a moment and then let it out. Aizawa then turned to Bakugo

"What happened?"

"Deku looked agitated in the morning. So we came together and then those damn extras surrounded us"

"Kuro. Kuro!" Deku started saying. Trying to warn them.

It was them. He caught on Kurogiri's scent and Shigaraki Tomura scent. They were in the crowd.

Aizawa and Mic looked at the boy with wide eyes.

His here!?

Bakugo was confused. But then he remembered what Izuku had told him before.

"What!?" Explosions went off in his hands

"Mic you bring them to class then head to Nezu. I'll go out!" Aizawa says.

Before Aizawa could head back out Izuku grabbed him.

"Dad!...Kuro....Friend?" Izuku asked

Aizawa didn't know. And Izuku knew. Kurogiri was probably no longer his friend. Aizawa simply pulled the boy in for a quick hug. They both needed it.

Izuku had told them who Kurogiri was. Aizawa and Mic weren't sure how to react.

"Listen to Mic. And head to class. I'll be right back" he tells the boy and quickly leaves
