Chapter 3

Dear diary,

It's almost 7:30pm.

I was in my room with Millie preparing for the party. I wore a red long sleeve dress slash neck cut out backless glitter off shoulder with red shoes and a long silver Lariat necklace.

. I finished curling my hair then turned to Millie. "So? How do I look?" I smiled.

"Ouh,Sexy. What about me?" She winked at me.

"Gorgeous." I winked back.

We went down to the pool and there were many people. All of my brother's friends. I know them but it' not like we're friends or something. 

Millie left me to go to the bathroom while I found my way to a drink. I sat near the bar scrolling my phone waiting for John to come until a voice interrupted me."Hey princess."

"hey?" i asked.

"There's no way that an extremely cute girl like you exists in this world. But here you are!" the strange man said.

"So classic." I rolled my eyes still scrolling my phone

"I'm Tom."

"Yeah alright."

"Maybe we should go somewhere private, baby, don't you think? Cuz I can't wait to get know you." He asked putting his hand around my waist.

"I don't think so." Another strange man added with a dark and sharp look pushing Tom's hand.

wait, isn't he the man who was in the picture with my brother? Ezra right?

As soon as Tom saw Ezra, he was confused and showed signs of fear, then he quickly left.

"Thanks, I guess." I grinned.

"Well that's an attractive smile." He smiled back ordering a drink.

"Ezra right?" I chuckled.

" I never thought I would be famous and known by pretty girls." He smirked.

"Yeah." I took a sip from my cup. "I'm Aurora. Casper's sister." I smirked back.

"Oh. So you are Aurora. I've heard a lot about you from Cas." he looked away. 

"Hey baby." John appeared suddenly.

how the hell does he do that?

"Hey I've been waiting for you." I kissed him on his cheek.

"I know sorry babe." he smiled softly.

Ezra slowly walked away after he winked at me.

"You look stunning." John slowly came closer to me.

"Oh Yeah?" I pulled him closer.

"Yeah" he replied calmly as he closed his eyes and put his hands arround me. 

"Good."I laughed as I walked away towards Ezra and let John smile with shocked eyes.

The music began suddenly, Ezra grabbed my hand firmly as we began to waltz. Spinning and circles and shuffling our feet to the slow, rhythmic music. It was paradise, but even so more when our eyes met.

His eyes were a warm chocolate color, they caused my knees to buckle, and my lips to quiver slightly. He slightly narrowed his eyes, and let out a small chuckle. The man leaned down to kiss me, just a peck; that peck was enough to take away all my breath.

It was over almost suddenly, he pulled his face away from mine and the music changed. Our paces quickened, and it was hard to keep up with this quick, flowing steps. My heels making my steps clumsy, or maybe it was just because I was with him that I was clumsy.

He noticed my discomfort, and changed his stance to make it easier to me to follow. His grip tightened on my hand as he gave it a comforting squeeze, it made my heart skip a beat.

Suddenly, the music changed it's pace again, this time a very slow and relaxing song. I turned to see that Millie had the idea when she winked at me. Everyone took a couple position and started dancing.

 He smirked at me slightly, and pulled my body closer to his. Of course, I would have done this willingly. I could feel my cheeks burning, and knew I was blushing on the outside. His smile only grew bigger.

We danced together, our bodies close; with his hand still grasping mine. This was perfect. It felt like the song lasted forever, yet I never tired of it. The sound of the music went even slower, the lights slowly fading.

The music stopped as we slowly walked back, smiling lightly.
