LUTHER had been staring at the invitation card given by his friend Ivy.
He sighed and hid the invitation card in his drawer and left his office and immediately went to Elphinestone Academy
He hasn't been able to visit Elphinestone for a few weeks even though he doesn't need to because he's studying at home.
When he arrived at Elphinestone, he immediately went to the meeting hall to see his brother Stefan.
"Hey, how are you?" Bungad sakanya ni Stefan.
"Fine." Maikling sagot niya.
"Why did you want to talk about?" Tanong pa ni Stefan.
Bumuntong hininga naman si Luther. "Give this to mom and dad for me, I wont be joining you tonight." Ani ni Luther at ibinigay ang mga papeles na nag lalaman ng mga properties nila.
"Why?" Maikling tanong naman ni Stefan.
"Important matter, please do me a favor. Paris should go to Elphinestone village together with my guards and make sure no intruders will wander around the village." Seryosong sabi ni Luther. "We have to tighten our security, tell Marcus to send an extra guards at the forest especially Elphinestone Academy." Ani pa ni Luther.
"Sure, you can count on me brother." Ani ni Stefan at sumaludo pa ito sa kapatid niyang si Luther.
"That's all, I dismissed this private meeting now." Ani ni Luther.
"Wait, are you going somewhere?" Tanong ni Stefan. Nakita naman nito ang pag buntong hininga ng kapatid niya. "Still looking for her? Want me to check up on Gustavo's fort?" Tanong ni Stefan.
Umiling iling naman si Luther. "No Stefan, I gave up." Ani ni Luther.
Bigla namang nagulat si Stefan sa sinabi niya. "Really? How can you do that so easily?" Ani ni Stefan.
"Its easier." Ani ni Luther. Hindi na niya hinintay pa na mag salita si Stefan at kaagad na lumabas ng meeting hall.
No one can read his mind so he is safe to tell a lie. Luther smirked as he walk outside the Academy.
"Everyone keeps on telling me to listen to my heart, how can I listen if a vampire's heart is frozen? Argh!" Iritableng sabi ni Luther.
"Have they forgot that I'm a vampire?" Sambit niya pa sa sarili at napailing iling.
"Kailan kapa naging dumb? Luthy."
Hindi na nagulat si Luther ng biglang lumitaw sa harapan niya si Ivy.
"What are you doing here? I thought your supposed to be hidden? What happen to that?" Masungit na sabi ni Luther.
"I'm in a rush but I have to know your amswer. So, are you going?" Tanong ni Ivy sakanya.
Saglit na nag isip si Luther at kalaunan ay um-oo na rin siya.
"That's great! I know you'll like it there! See you tonight Luthy!" Ani ni Ivy at kaagad itong nawala sa paningin niya na parang bula kung mag laho.
He went to his house as fast as he could so he can prepare the things that he will need on his crazy trip.
This has to be fun Ivy!
MALAPIT ng mag dilim at hinihintay na lamang niya itong tuluyang sumapit bago tumungo sa tagpuan nila ng kaibigan niya.
Dala dala niya ang mga gamit na kailangan niya na at ang pinaka importante sa lahat ay ang sarili niya.
Nakatingin siya sa relo niya at hinihintay mag alasyete ng gabi. He already told Stefan that he will leave Elphinestone to hunt since he needs to drink bloos as many as he could.
He's preparing for the battle, anyways.
Napatingin siya sa cylindrical glass na may lamang dugo, naka seal ito ng mabuti para hindi matapon. Galing iyon kay Vlad.
He was ordered by the witch to give it to me and drink it before the battle. But he was hesitating, he didn't know what's stopping him.
Basta ang alam lang niya ay maaaring delikado 'yon.
NAKANGISING bumungad si Ivy sa harapan niya. "Hey, Luthy." Bati nito sakanya.
"Where's your car?" Tanong ni Luther.
Bigla namang kumunot ang noo ni Ivy at kalaunan ay humagalpak ito ng tawa na ikinainis naman ni Luther.
"We are not riding any vehicle. Its prohibited luthy, we will use our abilities but remember that when we reached the second wall before the Dashwood wall we will not use any abilities, they might detect our identity and if that happen we will be in a big problem." Ani ni Ivy.
Nakakunot naman ang noo ni Luther. "Dashwood? Lazaro?" Takang tanong ni Luther.
"Bingo! We are going to Dashwood City! Where Lazaro's clan located." Masayang sabi ni Ivy.
"No Ivy, this is very risky! And we dont have connections with Lazaro anymore!" Ani ni Luther.
"I know, but remember? I promised that I'll help you." Ani ni Ivy.
"This is wrong Ivy, If I get caught it will be too risky for my clan. I can't be there!" Ani ni Luther.
"You have to trust me Luther! You have to know what's inside Lazaro, when u saw it with your own eyes you might change your mind and help them." Ani ni Ivy.
"Help? No! They cut their alliance with us, Ivy. You don't understand everything! you can't force what has been done for a long time!" Ani ni Luther.
Kitang kita ni Luther ang lungkot sa mga mata ni Ivy.
"Please, j-just give it a try... If you can't help them maybe there's one person that you can help!" Ani ni Ivy. Nakita niyang may luhang kumawala sa mga mata ng dalaga.
"I know I'm asking too much, but I know this person is very dear to you, deep in your heart." Ani ni Ivy.
Napabuntong hininga naman si Luther at walang nagawa kundi tumango na lamang.
"What's your plan?" Malamig na tanong nito.
"I know a way on how can we get in and out but all I have to say is that you should be careful. That's why I've prepared a contact lense to hide your eyes color, medyo eskandaloso ang kulay ng mata mo at baka ikaw pa ang pag kaguluhan imbes na yung birthday celebrant." Ani ni Ivy.
Pinaningkitan lang siya ng tingin ni Luther dahil mainit na nga ang ulo sakanya ng binata ay nagawa pa nitojg mag biro.
"Is that all?" Sarkastikong tanong niya.
"Nope, I also prepared a cape for you. Your power has a very strong energy and Lazaro have high technology that can detect wether you are a vampire fairy, witch or an intruder. This cape is specialized to hide your abilities strong energy. You can't control people's action, talk to them using your mind or manipulate their actions. But you are free to read their mind." Ani ni Ivy habang nakangiti ito na para bang bilib na bilib sa sarili niya. "Thankfully your blood isn't a problem, you have five percent of Lazaro's blood so they wont know if you're an outsider." Ani ni Ivy.
"Got it madam!" Ani ni Luther na parang nababagot na dahil sa daming sinabi ng kaibigan niya.
"I think, you're ready so lets go! I'll meet you at the second wall before the dashwood's wall." Ani ni Ivy na tinanguan naman ni Luther.
