PAGKATAPOS matapos ng event ay kaagad na lumabas si Luther para hanapin si Celeste.
"She must be here somewhere..." bulong ni Luther sa sarili.
Hindi maiwasang mag pa linga linga ni Luther sa paligid niya nag babakasakaling makita niya ang babaeng hinahanap niya.
Unfortunately, Luther can't use his abilities here, only his mind reading, but it will be too difficult for him to figure it out since he can here random thoughts from everyone else.
"Excuse me? why are you still here? the event is over right? you should be at home, aren't you aware that there is a curfew?"
Napalingon si Luther sa taong nasa likuran niya. Nakangisi ang binata sa taong kaharap niya. "I've been searching you everywhere." Walang emosyong sabi niya.
"What are you talking about?" Ani ni Celeste na para bang wala 'tong alam sa nangyayari.
"Stop acting like you don't know what's happening Celeste." Seryosong nakatingin si Luther kay Celeste habang sinasabi niya 'yon.
"Mr I don't know who you are, I literally don't know what you are talking about." Ani ni Celeste habang nakakunot ang noo nito.
"You don't know me? What happened to you? You are gone for only three weeks and you are already acting like this as if you don't know me? Stop pretending Celeste. You knew what happened and you knew that you and I are soon to be married." Ani ni Luther.
"Soon to be married? No way! I don't want to get married! Nonsense!" Iritableng sabi ni Celeste.
Even if it was prohibited, Luther doesn't have a choice. He has to prove it to Celeste.
Don't make yourself a fool, we used to communicate like this!
Kitang kita naman sa mga mata ni Celeste ang gulat, hindi niya maipaliwanag ang nararamdaman niya.
"Who are you? Are you a v-vampire?" Nauutal na tanong ni Celeste.
"What do you think am I?" Nakangising sabi ni Luther.
"How did you get here? Who let you in?" Ani ni Celeste na para bang hindi ito natatakot sakanya.
Bago pa makapag salita si Luther ay kaagad niyang naramdaman na may humila sakanya.
Ivy move really fast as if she was an air. "I told you not to use your abilities!" Galit na sabi ni Ivy habang mabilis silang tumatakbo.
"How fast can you run? Don't tell me that's the speed you all got?" Sarkastikong sabi ni Luther.
"They are looking for you now! I have to get you out of here! The barriers will close soon we have to hurry!" Ani ni Ivy.
"Then uts time to use my ability." Nakangising sabi ni Luther at kaagad na hinatak ang braso ni Ivy.
"WAIT-"
PUTLANG putla ang mukha ni Ivy ng makalabas sila ng Dashwood.
"Are you crazy?! I told you not to use your ability!" Inis na sabi ni Ivy. "You even used your telepathy to Lazaro's heiress! My gosh Luther you're not being careful!" Inis pang sabi ni Ivy.
"What you did was dangerous! Muntik na tayong mahuli!"
"I don't want to hear words from you Ivy, I've seen enough and I know what's your plan. Do you think that I wont be able to read your mind even if you use your magic spells?" Nakangising sabi ni Luther.
"I knew what was your plan before we came here, it was too late for me to back out and I'd rather sacrifice myself than losing my chance to see her again, thanks for that but I don't think I will be able to see her again." Seryosong sabi ni Luther.
"I'm not going to see her again, it is enough for me to see that she is in good a condition. Its better that way." Ani ni Luther.
"How dare you! Ganun lang kadali sayo 'yon?" Ani ni Ivy.
"She's a enemy, Ivy!" Galit na sabi ni Luther. "Don't tell me what to do! Stop telling me what should I do!" Galit na sabi ni Luther.
"You don't understand! She's been isolated for days! She lost her memories! She can only go out of her room if there's an event! You are the one who can help her!" Ani ni Ivy.
Napalingon si Luther sa kaibigan niya ng marinig niya 'tong humihikbi.
"Crying... wont change my mind, try a bit harder." Ani ni Luther at iniwan niyang mag isa doon ang kaibigan niya.
NAPABUNTONG hininga si Celeste ng makalabas ang mga maids sa kuwarto niya.
"Delfin, when can I go out? Nasaan ba ang mga magulang ko? They're not visiting me. Ilang araw na akong nakakulong dito sa kuwarto ko." Reklamo ni Celeste.
Napabuntong hininga naman si Delfin at pinakalma ang alaga niyang si Celeste.
"Don't worry, your mother will be here soon. Naging busy lang sila sa pag iimbestiga." Ani ni Delfin.
"Is it about what happened at the event?" Tanong niya na ikinatango naman ni Delfin.
"Kahit naman walang nangyareng ganun nakakulong parin ako sa kuwartong to!" Ani ni Celeste.
Napahinga ng malalim si Celeste at binuksan ang bintana ng silid niya. Natatanaw niya mula sa bintana ang magandang hardin ng Dashwood.
Matagal na niyang gustong pumunta doon pero hindi siya nagkakaroon ng pagkakataon dahil tuwing may okasyon lang naman siya nakakalabas ng kuwarto niya.
Nakapalumbaba si Celeste habang tinatanaw ang magandang araw na papalubog na.
"Why does it felt like I've been in this situation before?" Bulong niya sa sarili.
"Celeste, Do you want me to call your mom?" Tanong ni Delfin.
"No, just leave the room I want to be alone for a while." Malungkot na sabi ni Celeste.
Buong araw si Delfin lang ang nakakausap niya at nababagot na siya dahil wala siyang ibang magawa dito sa kuwarto niya.
Bigla niyang naalala ang lalaking nakausap niya noong nakaraan.
Napangiti siya ng maalala ang itsura ng lalaki. "What a beautiful vampire, ang ganda ng mata niya at gwapo pa ng boses niya." Ani ni Celeste.
Napahawak siya sa puso niya dahil sa tuwing naaalala niya ang araw na 'yon ay bumibilis ang tibok ng puso niya.
