It was around 10 pm in Aruba when Elyssa, Megan and a few other girls gather around the tv to watch the devils game. They were almost done shooting for the project. They only had about a half a day of work left to do. Elyssa cringes as she watches jack hold a Seattle player against the glass. "Is that illegal?" Sami, a fellow model, asks. "Yeah. I don't know what he's been on lately but he's raking up penalty minutes." Elyssa sighs, a slight confusion in her voice. "Fuck they're still tied too." Megan points out more to herself than anyone else. "It's early in the period though." Kara tries to ease Megan's worry.
Lyss Stay out of the damn box
"Did you just text him?" Natalie laughs at Elyssa. "Yes." Elyssa laughs, knowing it's pointless because he won't see it until after the game. The girls continue to watch the game go scoreless for the next 12 minutes of the period. With about a minute left in the game Luke steals the puck from the other team. He passes it to Ty, who then passes it to Jack who scores. Elyssa claps her hands as she and the rest of the group get excited. The last moments of the game are scoreless, leaving the devils with a 3-2 win.

Elyssa rolls her eyes as she silently reads the text from her husband.

"Megs" Elyssa gets her best friends attention. "What's up?" Megan answers from her bed across the room. "Do you have any plans when we get home?" Elyssa asks. "No why?" "Want to go to Anaheim?" Elyssa smiles. "Uh yeah" Megan answers like it's obvious.
