Miraculous 1: Welcome to Paris!

"Welcome back to everyone's #1 live game show: The Challenge! Let's give it up for our next awesome contestant, Nino!" Alec announces as the teen boy rubs his arm nervously.

Adrien nudges the boy's shoulder as Ryder gives him a thumbs up.

Amber and Chloé smile as Sabrina gives her boyfriend a reassuring kiss on the cheek.

Nino adjusts his cap and walks up to the stage, waving at the camera.

"So Nino, you're a student and a DJ. That's pretty awesome! Check out the decks we got for you!" Alec says as a man brings out a DJ set.

"Grounded? For what?!" Marinette asks as she stands in front of the TV.

"Let's jog your memory, Marinette." Tom looks at a sheet of paper, "Monday morning, absent from P.E..."

Marinette thinks to herself as she remembered that she saved a helicopter from crashing, "I was in study hall."

"Friday evening, absent from study hall."

Marinette thinks back to how she saved a kitten from a tree, "I was at P.E.!"

The bluenette wanted to prove that she was still a hero, so she did good deeds...deeds that were jobs for other people instead of heroes.

"You're never where you're supposed to be, Marinette! The only way we can keep track of you is by keeping you here, grounded." Tom sits down, his wife putting her hand on his.

"But I was invited...Nino is my friend, he was counting on me." she gestures to the TV with a sad look.

"So, the challenge our viewers have chosen for you is...To get the mayor of Paris, André Bourgeois, to dance!" the mayor appears on a screen, "Thank you for agreeing to play with us today, sir. What are Nino's chances tonight?"

"Zero. I despise dancing. The last time I set foot on a dance floor, Madonna was in kindergarten."

"I know Nino's your friend. But until your unexcused absences come to an end, that's the way it's going to be." Tom crosses his arms.

"Awesome." Marinette mutters as she walks to her room.

As Nino was DJing, an employee escorts a man to stand next to the teens, "Just wait right here, please. Thanks!" the employee walks off.

The man looks over at the teens, who wave and smile at him. He goes to shake their hands, but Adrien's bodyguard shields them and stands protectively.

"No! It's okay!" Adrien reassures him as Ryder, Amber, Chloé, and Sabrina have shocked looks on their faces.

"Victory! Challenge conquered by Nino. You moved your head to the beat, Mayor Bourgeois! That counts as dancing!" Alec declares.

"What?! That's not true! My neck was..." André tries to think of a lie, "itching, that's all."

Alec dances a little bit, "Relieving an itch to the beat counts as dancing, too! Nino, congratulations. You'll return in one week to meet your next challenge! And now, for our next contestant, welcome Simon Grimault!"
