Jiya's pov: The days flew like anything. I was so busy in the same routine - wake up, eat, study, sleep - that i didn't realise when I reached my last examination. It was Hindi. The days left to shuffle our class were also coming near. A guy named Ansh has became so close to me that i can term him as my 'male best friend'. I came out of the exam room, surrounded by a wave of happiness. It was over. Now, I could enjoy my holidays and watch the whole IPL. Kinjal came near me and said," Yaar, ye Ishan Kishan kitna cute hai!" I said," Haww, tujhe bhi meri tarah cricketers pe crush hone laga hai. Dekha, sangat ka asar!" She chuckled softly. I reached home and realised that I had to return the guide books that I had borrowed from Ansh for studying. I was in a dilemma on how to return it when Avanti called me. I picked it up. "Aur bata yaar, kaisa gaya paper?" She said. I continued," Paper toh accha tha, but you advise me something." Avanti said," Bol na, kya hua?" I told her the whole fiasco for returning the books. She thought for a while and said," Dekh, tujhe pata hai ki tere ghar ke paas meri tuition classes hai. Ansh ka ghar mere ghar ke paas hai. So, I will come there today and grab the books from you. Later, I'll forward it!" I mumbled a sweet thank you to her and cut the call. Avanti was coming anytime soon. Time was less. I decided to write a gratitude letter to no other than Ansh. I gathered my thoughts and penned them down-
Dear Baby Bro, I am blessed to have a best friend like you who protects me from all bad. Thank you always and forever for being an important part of my journey - life. (I know I'm bad at writing 😝). By the way, thank you for lending me these books. They definitely helped me. Another secret ( I have a crush on your brother, Arth). After a while, Ansh texted me that he had received the books. I texted him to check between the pages. I guess he found it, afterall.
