Walking around in circles never know when it'll end.

I might go on forever,                       till forever's end. Right

in front of left, left in                        front of right putting one

foot in front of the                             other now that is walking. Some

walk into shapes, some                     walk in place, others do it as a form

of traveling. Keep your                       hands at your side swishing to and

fro. Not too fast or else                     it's not a walk. If you walk a

little faster and have a                       rhythm to your movement

you are still walking                           heel toe to the ground.

You see walking was                        the first thing you

experienced on your feet but now we

should graduate                       onto the next best thing.

Lift your legs                                  higher with every step you

take and then                                  pull up your arms so that they are

at a ninety degree                                 angle. Push off with your back foot

so that you do a leap.                         Then land on your front foot! Next

you are to pull your                             back foot forward and continue this

motion. You will have                        the urge to swing your arms with

your legs. Yes you've                         got it! Now this movement is

quicker than a walk                            it is called a
