                                                                                         Chloe's POV:

                                                                                         "Chloe wait up!"

I turned around to find Emily, Kelsey, Lilly, and April running to catch up with me. We were headed to the park to have a picnic and relax. After they had caught up, I slow my run into a steady pace, being part of the Glitter Force is hard work, but it's still fun when I got my friends to watch my back. Now that I look back, I realize that it had been a while since we rescued Candy from the shadow realm and defeated Emperor Nogo. I recall the look on Pop's face after he was reunited with Candy. Joy, love, fear that he'd lose her... I remember the faces of the rest of my team, happiness, excitement, relief that our world was free of the curse of a sad ending. Life's been good so far, we revived Queen Euphoria, Saved both Jubiland and Earth, Defeated Emperor Nogo. It's a beautiful day, but something feels, wrong... I sense something-

A bouncy voice broke through my thoughts "Chloe, aren't you gonna eat with us?" I looked down and saw Candy bouncing up and down excitedly. I laughed and sat down to eat with my friends, it was a beautiful spring day, the birds were singing, flowers blooming. How bad could this day get?

-Time skip!-

We had just finished lunch when Candy leapt up exclaiming "Hey everybody, let's go for a walk!" Her comment was met with nods of agreement as we all got up to stretch our legs. As we were crossing the bridge across the lake, I dropped my glitter pact onto the sandy shore. "Guys, I dropped my glitter pact! Go ahead without me, I'll catch up!" I ran down the slope, but I ended up faceplanting in the muddy bank. Ouch. I groaned my mom is gonna kill me, my clothes are all muddy, well, at least I can search for my glitter pact now. I staggered up, only to fall back on the floor, wincing in pain. Okay, that hurt. It took me about five seconds to realize that I might have sprained my ankle during the fall. I have got to keep searching for it, maybe if I find it and activate into Glitter Breeze, my ankle won't hurt as much. 

This time I rolled over into a sitting position and crawled along the banks searching for my lost Glitter Pact. Suddenly, I saw a shadow fly past. My heart beat faster "H-Hello? Who is there?" when I got no response I shrugged and continued my search. 

                 But as I turned around, I saw a man's silhouette in the afternoon light. He was wearing a jester's hat, a white mask, and strange colorful clothing. Then, I realized who this creep was. But before I could act, he turned around and bent down toward me. My face was just inches away from his, which was smiling broadly, filled with some sort of sick pleasure.

"Hello, Glitter Breeze."
