I was surprised to see Jared, student council president, running to catch up with me.
I smiled "Hey Jared, how are you?"

I was cut off by Jared's hand clapping over my mouth. My eyes widened. I kicked and struggled, but he walked around the corner, made sure no one was there, and tied me up with some ropes and gagged my mouth.
"Listen. I don't have a lot of time."
His body shifted into a tall, lean clown like shape.
"Mrff?"
Since I was gagged, I could only make muffled noises.
"Sorry about this, Nogo is after you, and we have to pretend that I captured you."
He smirked at me,
"Look hostile, Ice princess. We need to keep up a good act."

"Good acting, almost as if you really were- oh, right!" Rascal smiled sheepishly as he removed the gag.
