Natsu POV

Why does this have to happen to us?

The thought of me and Lucy being together was one of my happiest moments, but it all had to be taken away.

I hate it.

The way we talk to each other, the feelings being locked up as they never existed.

The way she looks at me, longing for something but not being able to reaching out for it.

We were about to kiss, and was interrupted by Gray.

How could she walk away as if nothing happened?

Lucy...

She's the only thing I think about.

Not having her as mine makes me feel incomplete.

The flame dancing around me represents anger, confusion, desire and love.

Maybe Gray interrupted us for a purpose; maybe he knows what's happening and trying to help out.

Then again when does he help me? Properly did it for Lucy.

I miss her golden locks running though my fingers.

The sound of her beautiful voice greeting me each time we meet.

All the memories we've shared together.

Each time we laughed and joked with each other.

"Natsu, you ok?" Happy slowly walks up to me and puts his paws on my arm.

"Yeah... I'm just thinking." I don't want to worry him too much.

"Ok..." I'm glad you understand Happy.

I stood up and patted his head before I strolled towards the guilds door.


Levy POV

As I entered the guild, I saw a very gloomy blue cat on the counter.

I decide to find out what was on his mind, so I made my way over and sat next to him.

First glance at him he was about to tear up.

"Happy... What's wrong?" He had no answer, only looked at me once.

"I can't help you if you don't tell me." He sighed deeply and turned his body towards me.

"It's just Natsu's always gloomy and depress now." He said as he played with his paw.

"I know Happy... But there's nothing we can do. Just smile for him."

Natsu hasn't been the same since that day when Aura told us the shocking news.

I feel sorry for him and Lu-chan, their better of as lovers then siblings.

This whole thing feels weird and non-logic.

There's no sense in this situation.

I know how Lucy feels.

Even though she puts on a tough act, we all know how she feels.

I may not be much comfort but I could at least do something for her.

I have a feeling that all this is not right somehow.

I know what I can do! I'll research into this matter.

I know there's something going on and I will find it.

With the decision I grabbed my bag and headed to the Data Base Library.

I gain my membership and they allowed me to research on almost everything there.

I'm determined to solve this situation!

With that in mind, I started my journey.

"Oi Shrimp!" And someone had to ruin my concentration mode.

I turned around and watched as Gajeel walked toward me.

"Where ya goin?" he asked.

"Data Base Library," I replied.

"Why?" I looked around to see if anyone's watching us, thank god no.

I gestured Gajeel to follow me outside and he did.

Once we were away from open ears I began explaining.

"You know the situation that Natsu and Lucy are in right?"

He nodded his head.

"Well I think them being siblings is wrong, and I'm sure everyone else thinks so too."

He nods again showing that he's following.

"Ok. Seeing Lucy-chan like this makes me want to do something about it."

He then smiles at me, "So you're researching into this matter?"

I nodded my head. "Thanks for understanding Gajeel!"

"Well I understand because I can't smell their relation."

Smell? "What do you mean Gajeel?"

I lifted my eyebrows as he scratches the back of his head.

"Well..." Don't tell me he's a pervert that goes around sniffing people? I scrunch my brows in disgust.

"When your related to someone, you each share the same scent.

Like Natsu and Lucy would both have the scent of Jude, but their scents are totally different!"

That's makes much more scene! "So you saying that they are definitely not related?!"

He (for the third time) nodded.

"Great! We just need proof!"


With Lucy and Gray (Normal POV)

"Ch-Choto Gr-Gray!" Gray stopped and looked at Lucy.

He gazed at her with passionate eyes and took her hand.

"We must do this Lucy, there's no other way!"

Lucy stared at his longing and beautiful eyes, then nodded her head slowly.

"I trust you Gray, what ever you want."

Gray smiled, she's the one I will always love!

"I'll help as much as I can!"

With their determination, they charged forward towards the monster.

Ice and stars combined into a unison rade, they succeed on defeating the monster at hand.

At the end they high-five each other with enjoyment.

Lucy jumped up and down chanting "Rent money!" While Gray just laughed at her childish side.

Lucy was so happy that she didn't watch her surrounding and tripped over a rock.

Gray tried to save her, but failed and landed on top prisoning Lucy underneath.

With this opportunity Gray lowered himself towards her lips.

Lucy was just so memorised by his movements and did nothing.

Their lips were just brushing against each other's....
