It's a good thing that I like flying, because I'm about to get on my 7th flight in 2 weeks. I love having the time to do nothing but sit and read or watch a movie for a few hours - and as someone who is always connected, it's just about the only time I have without the internet.

I have a strict check-no-bags policy and have become an expert packer even fitting 2 weeks+ worth of clothes in my small carry on. Here's a few of the things that I never forget on a flight.

The last few transatlantic flights I've seen people sit there with sheet masks. I'm not brave enough to wear one of those in public, but I do always wear a discrete overnight mask to help moisturize my skin and prevent dry airplane face and help you look less jetlagged. Right now my favorite one is Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask and sephora will always make a sample for you that's the perfect size for one use on a flight.
Lip Balm

I will not get on a plane without lip balm. My favorite lip balm was *way* too expensive but I bought it when I was in Mexico City without one and my lips were burning. I went to a department store and the only one I could find was La Mer. With the exchange rate it was cheaper than it is at home and I decided to buy it out of desperation and it's amazing, but with the price tag I won't be replacing it when it's done. My 2nd favorite is Bite Agave Lip Mask. It's super thick, moisturizing, and lasts forever.
Facial Spray

While I've been using the Tatcha spray to set makeup lately, I use a different spray when I go on a flight. Caudalie Beauty Elixir has peppermint oil in it that makes it feel really refreshing to spray on your face before you land to wake you up and bring more moisture back into your skin. And it comes in a travel friendly size so you don't have to use too much of your liquid budget on it.
Eye Gels

These are for when you land, and are great for jetlag. I find they make me look and feel more awake, even more so if you put them in the fridge for a few minutes first. The ones I travel with are Skyn Iceland.
And now I'm off on the last leg of my flight after a connection to spend the next 2 weeks on vacation in Italy and Croatia!
