Ciel had went all day trying his best to avoid interacting with his butler. It was a challenge that he was up for. He knew that it was the only way to avoid talking about the awkward events from the day before.
"What's wrong with the young Earl to day?"
The tall butler said. Ciel felt himself start to blush uncontrollably. He turns away from the butler.
"Why must you always make these assumptions?"
"It's all in body language. If you want me to touch you again, you can always ask."
How dare he make such an observation. The blue boy thought to himself.
"W-WHY WOULD I DO THAT?!"
"Well, it's quite clear that you enjoyed it."
He gently caressed Ciel's cheek. The small boy slapped his hand away.
"I will not do such things."
(He didn't deny that he liked it ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).)
*Later that night*
"All right, last stack of paper work, then it's off to bed."
The young boy yawns.
"Well it's only 7 pm, a little nap won't hurt."

"Dreamland"
"Bocchan we can't keep this up for long. You are already exhausted."
"N-no I'm perfectly fine. You keep fucking me until I say stop."

"JUST FUCK ME!"
The butler does as he is told and explores Ciel's love tunnel with his swan boat. (( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) soz lol)
"A-ahh~"
The boy's moans filled all the empty space in the room.

Reality
Sebastian checks his pocket watch. It's 9 pm.
"The young master should be ready to sleep now."
He walks into the study. Slight moans can be heard.
"Mhmm right there... ahh~"
"Well at least it's not another nightmare."
The raven haired male said.
"Sb-asahhh"
Sebastian blushed a little. He then switched to a lustful smirk.
