Setting: Hospital

Chris' POV

I watched as Sapphire slept on my chest. She was letting out quiet snores.

I feel really guilty about that man in the truck that died.

I mean it wasn't my fault but I feel like it is. I feel like everything was my fault.

"Stop blaming yourself." Sapphire said with her eyes closed. She just read my mind.

"I feel really bad about this." I said.

"It's not your fault." she said opening her eyes.

I loved how her eyes changed colors. When she's sad they're big and brown but when she's not sad they're hazel.

I just nodded my head and ran my fingers through her hair.

"Just so you know this doesn't get you off the hook from the party." she said.

"I know. You will have to take care of me for a couple of weeks though." I said signing the release forms.

Today I was getting out of the hospital and Sapphire was gonna take care of me till my arm and leg are fully healed.

"You can now leave Mr.Brown." the nurse said in a flirty voice.

Instead of walking away she just stood there while I was gathering my stuff.

"What the hell are you staring at bitch? BE GONE!" Sapphire yelled.

The nurse glared at Sapphire before leaving.

"You are so damn jealous." I said.

We weren't even together and she's this jealous.

"I'm sorry. I can't help it." she said.

"Let's go." I said walking out of the room.

Sapphire followed me.

"Please don't hurt my baby." I said holding out the keys for Sapphire to grab.

"It's just a car." she said reaching for the keys.

I snatched the keys back. "It's not just a car. It's my baby and if you don't treat her right I will be driving with one hand and one leg." I said.

"Ok, ok fine!" she said taking the keys from me.

We both got into the lamborghini and pulled off.

"Nice place." I said walking in on my crutches.

"Thanks." Sapphire said setting my keys down on a table.

"Where will I be sleeping." I said yawning.

"The guest bed room. Follow me." she said walking down a hallway.

I followed her untill we reached a room.

"Here." she said opening the door.

I walked in the room.

It was a nice comfy room and had paintings on the wall.

I sat down on the bed ready to go to sleep.

"You wanna join me?" I asked holding my arms out.

"No." she said.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"N-Yes I am." she said walking out of the room.

I know she wants me.
