Part 20: Surprise.

Sapphire's POV

I looked over on the other side of the bed to see Chris laying on his stomach letting out small snores.

He looked so cute when he was sleeping.

It has been a whole week since I have moved into the house and I love it. Chris has been a lot more busy but Stacie comes over almost everyday.

"Good morning baby." Chris said rolling over and looking up at me.

"Good morning." I said kissing his big pink lips.

"I know I have been busy a lot lately but I will make that up to you." he said pulling me on top of him.

"It's okay. I understand that your work is very important." I said.

"My work is important but not more important then you and the baby." he said kissing me.

I smiled. "I love you." I said.

"I love you too." he said kissing me on the forehead.

I hear my phone ringing on the side table. I turned over and picked it up.

( Phone Convo )

"Hello?" I asked because I didn't read the caller ID.

"Sapphire! You better hurry up and get to the Vibe building or you're gonna be fired." Stacie yelled through the phone.

"I don't care. I don't like the job anyways." I said.

"Sapphire you might want to come in today." she said.

"Why?" I asked.

"It's a surprise." she said before hanging up.

(End of phone convo)

"Who was that?" Chris asked.

"It was Stacie." I said before getting up off the bed.

"Where are you going?" he asked.

"I'm going to work." I said.

"Oh well I'll see you later." he said before laying back down.

I quickly showered and lotioned my body , I then got dressed in a loose red dress and then drove to the vibe building.

"Sapphire!" my boss yelled through the phone.

"Yes?" I said.

"I need you to come down to the meeting room we have a meeting with a very important client." she said.

"Ok I'll be right there." I said before pressing the off button.

I grabbed my stack of papers and walked towards the door but before I could open it the door slammed open.

"Good you're here." Stacie said grabbing my arm and leading me towards the meeting room.

"Why did I need to be here so bad?" I asked.

"Because of the important client." she said.

"Who is she?" I asked.

"She's a he." she said.

"Okay who is he?" I asked.

"Look for yourself." she said pointing towards the meeting door.

I nodded and opened the door to see people sitting at the long table that was in the middle.

I looked at each person but stopped once I looked at the last person at the end of the table.

"Is that who I think it is?" I asked Stacie.

"That's him alright." Stacie said giving him a sexy look.
