"Just avoid him."
"Yea that will be easy when I have almost all of the same classes as him and not to mention after school detention tomorrow."
"Sit by me," he replied like it was obvious.
"Ew, you're a jerk."
"Hey I'm not the one who slept with your sister," he held his hands up in surrender.
I looked down at my converse shoes.
My pink converse looked pretty nice right now.
"I forgot!" He quickly covered up his fuck up.
"It's fine, Jax. Don't worry about it."
"No it isn't Em, you're trying to forget about it and I brought it up."
"Call me Emily," I muttered.
"Why?"
"Xavier calls me Ems. So call me Emily, it's my real name."
"Okay."
I shut my locker door, "let's go to Language arts?"
He nodded, "yep, a hour and fifteen minutes of hell, here I come."
I laughed, "come on, you big baby you'll get over it."
He shook his head, "no I won't. Ms. Jackass is a real pain."
"Funny? Did she change it? I thought it was Ms. Jackson."
He grinned michevously, "yep."
I rolled my eyes, "I really don't want another after school detention, so come on!"
He groaned, "fine! But if they ask, I died because of her voice."
I smirked, "don't fool yourself, you died of dehydration because she won't let you go get a drink!"
"Yea, sometimes I want to flip her off."
"I do everyday."
He chuckled, "you get me, goodie."

I slid in a seat beside Jax's friend Nathan, "hey, Emmy," I introduced myself.
"Nathan."
"She hates Xavier at the moment, so don't mention him!" Jax ordered.
Nate grinned, "don't we all."
I laughed, "yea sometimes I wonder if he was abducted by aliens."
"I told you not to talk about him," he glared at Nate.
"I don't mind, I want to share my rage with people that hate him as much as I do."
Nathan smiled, "she can stay."
I smirked, "thanks for your permission."
Jax stiffened, "speak of satan."
"And satan's bitch," Colton added.
"Awe, Emmy is such a slut that she got tired of one brother she decided to move on to the other," Gabriella smiled deviously.
I growled, "get lost satan!"
She was not done apparently, "I heard that he slept with your sister."
"Where did you hear that from? duh magazine!"I snapped.
She laughed dryily, "no hun, I heard it from Jessica Sanchez."
"Who the hell is that?"
"The blogger of the school," Nathan explained.
"Did you move on to him now? Girl you're on a roll."
Nathan intervened, "it's called a friend, but you wouldn't understand because you don't have any."
She gasped, "have fun now slutty but later you'll regret it."
I smirked, "what are you gonna do? Make me rot in hell with you under your reign for the rest of my life?" I shivered, "just kill me."
The guys burst out laughing.
"Roasted!" Shouted Colton.
She scoffed, "you think you're better than me don't you? Well you're not, you're like everyone else."
"I don't think hun, I know," I smiled deviously.
"Now I know why Xavier slept with your sister instead of ever spending another day with you!" She yelled loud enough for the whole cafeteria to hear.
Jax stood up, "watch it satan! We all know you did the same when we were 'dating' you did it with him at a party you made me go to."
A chorus of oooos were followed.
She turned bright red but attempted to cover it up, "you probably thanked me."
"As a matter of fact I did I didn't have to kiss your damn face!"
She gasped, "are you fucking serious?!"
His eyes glistened with mischief, "serious as I am about your ugly ass personality."
"Well you don't know how to kiss somebody!" She accused.
He had a witty comeback for that insult as well, "is that why you smashed your lips against mine everytime we were in public?"
She had no answer.
She sashayed away with rest of her posse.
"Man that was lit!" Nate pointed out.
"Thanks Nate. What did you think Emily?"
Everyone arched an eyebrow.
"Emily?" Nathan repeated.
Jax nodded, "yea it's her real name."
"I think she had nothing to say and you got her fucking good."
He laughed, "yea."

"Bye, Jax!" I called to him as he left my driveway.
He sent me a nod; pulling away.
I took out my College Algebra homework and curled up on the couch to do it.
"Hey Emmy," my mother waved as she walked in from the kitchen.
"Hey, mom."
She smiled, "how's school?"
"Its fine."
She placed her hand on my leg, "honey you'll make friends."
I looked up from my homework, "oh I have friends, just some of them are.... busy."
I'm not gonna tell my mom that Xavier slept with my sister who's in college. Fuck no!
"Ok? Anyway what do you want for dinner?"
I went back to my homework, "don't know. Whatever the cook feels like making I guess."
She nodded, "alright, honey."

I reached in my purse and grabbed my phone.

He responded immediately.

I smirked; we made nicknames for all the teachers.

I laughed. Mrs. Robin is Mrs. Robitch, Mr. Flitch is Mr. Bitch..... oh wait! That was Xavier's name for him. Oh well he can go jump my sister's bones again for all I care.
A pair of headlights caught my eye; I arched an eyebrow.
Are you at my house?
No, why?
There was a knock at my door; groaning I answered it.
I narrowed my eyes at the Parker brother I didn't want to be at my door.
