[A Villain walks up to a shackled Hero on the ground]

Villain: I guess it was set in stone that I would be your opponent. Every hero needs a villain, right? I’m not trying to be ridiculous, don’t get me wrong, but you just came into my life and totally ruined it. You turned everyone, including my closest friend against me. Even as I was down, you didn’t offer mercy. I was alone and left in complete darkness! There was a reason I had one friend to begin with! I’m not a good person. I don’t do the kindest things. I know that! But at least I had hoped to change with someone at my side! You call yourself a hero, but do you see what happens to me? You say that you give people hope but what about hope for someone like me? Oh, what’s with that look? You’re confused?! Don’t tell me, you thought you were the only one trying to do good?! To better yourself?! [Pause] [Slow chuckle and slow, sarcastic clapping] Ah ha ha… Oh, that’s beautiful…. That’s just rich… The beacon of hope, justice, and mercy didn’t even think to consider those things for someone who everyone claims to be bad. Don’t you know, little hero?
