Magnificient.

Scared but brave

I he add a small voice in my heart telling me not to stand up and show my face but I mustered courage and did it anyway . I regretted it latter though as he pushed my hair around and with one arm he threw me out of the room . I couldn't leave my dad just lying there helplessly but this man was adamant of making me go though after a while of resisting I left to go home and when I say home I meant a dusty hold store house I stumbled upon while looking for a place to sleep two days ago .

Looking at the stars that hung in the sky I saw a particular star twitching and moving."what dah."why was the
Star moving .Then I remembered two years ago while I was still in school ,high school to be exact and teacher Mr Christine had made it clear to us that not all stars that lightened the sky where stars."infact."he said."some where satellites ."he said again .And there after blah blah blah he continued explaining what a satellite was .Anyway I couldn't stop myself from smiling when I remembered what I was actually doing at the time of the lecture,me and my old time bestie Judith where both making funny emoji with our faces to each other .And when she finally won in the emoji game we fist bumped and she giggled loudly,so loudly that our teacher's turned his attention to us and took a deep gaze at me,"yes,miss Marlie did you say something." He said .I quickly declined but that was the beginning of my doom as he spoke these few words "Miss Marlie,would you be so kind as to answer the question." Dun dun dun. oh no I wasn't exactly paying attention to what he was saying so how would I have known that he asked a question.
"Em,err." I stuttered. But out of no where and from beside me a courageous beauty(Judith my bestie) stood up and saved my life ,she quickly just asked another question which diverted the man's attention to her,and as soon as he did I sat down .And that was how I survived that day,thinking back to that time was useful as it had made me forget my present situation.

And as I walked on I continued to smile at myself.
