*BANG BANG BANG*

"Seulgi-ya! Y/N? Are you guys are awake?" A loud Irene shouts from behind Seulgi's door.

"Unnie!" Seulgi shouts back, indicating we were in fact awake. Irene opens the door, greeting us with an alarmingly flawless face. How does she look as if she just came from a shoot?

"Goodmorning." Irene says as she enters the room. "There's some food on the table if you guys are hungry. Joy and Yeri headed out so the table's free for you two."

What does Joy and Yeri have to do with the table? "Who cooked?" Seulgi asks. "Wendy." Irene replies.

Oddly, Seulgi sighs from beside me. Is Wendy a bad cook? Have I not known this all along?

"Did she cook eggs again?" Seulgi asks. Irene, shutting her lips, nods. What's so bad about eggs?

"I'll grab some food in a bit. Maybe you guys can join me." She says, before heading out to the hall.

Shortly after, we followed her to the dining area. Moving through the living room, we encountered Wendy sitting by the TV. "Good mornin." Seulgi says to Wendy.

"Mornin." She replies, not breaking away from the screen. "Have you eaten yet?" Seulgi asks as we both neared the dining area. "Oh, I already had a bite a while ago. Thanks." Wendy says, still not looking at us a single time.

Irene was already seated by the table. She got the three of us plates already. We sat down for the meal.

Based from prior reactions, the meal was as I expected. A little... bland. But don't get me wrong. It was delicious. Only slightly unseasoned. I was surprised Wendy-noona had built a reputation for being a bad cook within the group.

"Y/N. Is your head okay?" Irene asks. I nod. "Thanks for helping us get to the E.R." I said.

"Aish. It's probably because you guys stayed up drinking. Didn't you?" Irene utters with an elderly tone.

"No we didn't. We-" Seulgi cuts off her response, remembering what happened. Speaking of which... Wendy didn't even mention it once.

Well.. I just came back so I shouldn't expect an apology so eagerly.

"Anyway. We got that thing going on right?" Irene turns to Seulgi. What Thing? "We can tell Y/N right?" Seulgi asks Irene.

After thinking for a bit, she answers. "We have a comeback coming this June." Irene says.

Oh my god. As a fan I was pumped. "But this comeback is different." What? "We're a sub-unit this time." Seulgi says, pointing to herself and Irene."

I never expected for the group to ever have a sub-unit. I was excited.

"So later, I need help rehearsing some stuff for the shoot tomorrow." Irene says. Oh my god. I'll be able to see a music rehearsal before the song releases. This feels like a boyfriend privilege.

We wrapped up with our food shortly after and headed to Seulgi's room. We stepped inside and I closed the door behind me.

"Okay so... Y/N. You have to assure me nothing will go out of this room. Ever. At least till we have a comeback." Irene says, strutting back and forth. She looked serious.

"We can't really risk pulling a scandal since how could you obtain such information. We'll have to end up telling the agency you two are dating." Irene says. Woah. I didn't think of it that way.

I nod eagerly, trying to display that I was trustworthy. "Alright. Let's see.." Irene says before going down to pick her phone up from Seulgi's bed.

"Anyway as you may know the comeback is a little more... risqué." Irene says.

Oohh.. That's different. Refreshing.

"They sent us some reference frames for what scenes we're going to take." She says before pointing out her phone with pictures of placeholders doing the action.

One scene in particular stood out. And I realized a lot of the scenes were similar to this one.

It was where both individuals' faces were so near to eachother. Just inches away from kissing. THEY'RE going to do THAT?

My inner fanboy heart was pumping. SM changing things up? Could be...

"So that's where you can help, Y/N." Irene says, turning around and pointing at me. "Me?" I asked, pointing at myself.

I'm contributing to a Music Video? I never imagined this day would come.

"Yeah, you." She answers. "How do I help?" I asked.

"This comeback focuses on a little more intimacy."

"So maybe you two can show me intimacy."
