~Chapter 4~

--Aurora--

Finally, it was lunch break, and honestly, I don't know how much more longer my tummy could go without any food.

Turning towards Dimples, an evil idea pops up in my mind.

I shouldn't do it but it's too tempting not to.

"Food!!!", I squeal loudly while literally throwing myself at Dimples, as I act like I'm about to take a huge bite of his cute cheek.

Thankfully he caught me not before losing his own balance which resulted with us both falling down with a loud bang which followed by the mixed sound of our laughter.

"Okay, Princess enough of laughing for today. Let's go and fill that stomach of yours before you get any more crazier." He said in a serious tone as I couldn't help but giggle at his choice of words.

On our way to the lunch room, one main thing I noticed about Dimples is his love for outer space and the universe. He told me around 10 stories about some planet which according to him is so fascinating

I listened attentively even though I didn't understand anything.

Dimples really loves speaking about it and personally, I felt a little sad that I didn't know anything about space.

So, I made a quick mental note to study about space tonight, so I can also talk to Dimples tomorrow.

When we finally reached the lunch room after a few more minutes of walking.

I was so busy looking around that I didn't even notice that when Dimples and I reached the lunch queue too.

Honestly, walking all the way here made my throat super dry, it almost felt like I got a sore throat.

So, I quickly reach my hand inside my bag to remove my water bottle only to realize it was missing.

What?? I'm sure it was there a few minutes back!

I try searching around my bag a bit more, but I still couldn't find it anywhere.

It was like it magically disappeared into thin air...

I can't believe I lost it, it was my favourite water bottle. My momma is going to get so angry with me.

I didn't realise that I was crying until Dimples pulled me close to his chest and hugged me.

"Hey, what happened Princess? Why are you crying?" Dimples asked softly.

"M-My water b-bottle is missing. I lost it (sniff) Mom's going to s-shout at me" I whimpered into his chest as my body slightly was shaking because of my crying.

" It's okay Princess, you did nothing wrong. You might have just forgotten it in the last class...."

"Shh, Princess stop crying. I'll go quickly and get it and come, and if I don't get it I won't let your mom shout at you okay?", He said while rubbing my back in a comforting manner.

"Okay", I mumbled softly.

"Now listen to me carefully Princess", he tells me slowly.

"When you reach the counter, buy your lunch fast and eat it. Don't wait for me I might take some time. Buy for me something too and don't let others pick on you." he instructed me quickly almost like he was scared of something.

I nodded my head and mumbled a small yes in response.

Hearing my response Dimples handed me his lunch money smiling and quickly left.

The lunchroom was getting louder as every second past by, I wish I would have gone with Dimples.

When finally I reached the counter, I try standing on my tippy toes so I get a clear view of the menu which honestly didn't work as I could only see a very blurry version of the actual menu.

Is that Chicken nuggets on it!?

Ohh, I didn't know we got chicken nuggets in school, mom never allows me to have them at home-

But all my thoughts come to a sudden stop, as I feel someone push me and I lose my balance, falling face down on the hard floor.

Hot tears start to run down my face as I feel these little tiny sparks of pain spreading across my whole body.

Suddenly all I could hear is loud laughter coming from above me.

Tilting my head upwards to see who it was, only to find two very tall girls laughing their hearts out.

Honestly, they both looked so pretty, like angels on earth but one thing I couldn't understand was why were they laughing.

Did anyone tickle them?

I tried standing up, but I couldn't, it felt like I'm being stabbed by small tiny needles.

In between all this Chaos, I hear one of the girls saying something along the lines...

"Ugly. fatass. bitch"

Which to my surprise, A few more people started laughing along with them

I furrowed my eyes trying to understand what she was said. I know ugly means not beautiful but what was the meaning of fatass bitch??

Also, Why would anyone call someone Ugly? Dad said that was a bad word.

Did she say something funny like a joke, it could that because Dad always says I'm bad at taking a joke.

But then why were they all looking at me?

Were they laughing at me?

I look around trying to understand what exactly is happening only to see someone walking straight in our direction.

I squint my eyes curiously to see who it is.

And my eyes widen when I realised it was Dami!!!!

"Dami!", I squeal loudly.

And as soon as I said that, they instantly stop laughing and started glaring directly at me.

Oops, did I do something wrong again?
