It's been a month and a half since Martha started the Underground Railroad station project, she had refused to listen to the warnings of the architect about how the land she had acquired was a waste of time, he had told her the soil topography was only good enough to plant rice than to build something underground. He had said.

"From what you have me stretch, this project will drain all your resources and not in a good way"

"Oh please i gave you one job, design the Underground Railroad and bring in construction workers to start, what does my resources have to do with you "

"I will best advice you employ farmers to cultivate the land for rice than for building something bound to collapse "

"Give the design here and I will hire my own workers to build it you lazy babbling idiot " she huffed and walked away ranting. The architect rolled his eyes picked up his bag and wished her more brain cells to her none existent brain cells.

She had put almost all her resources in this project so no matter what anyone said she was going to continue this project and increase her network so she can be in control of the underworld and the over throne Claude and bury him and his pretentious family.

When she had returned from her meeting a month and a half ago she had found out her most trusted man Charles escaped with her play thing and a few others, she was so angry she killed five of the thirty five remaining ones. When she finds them she would kill them and leave Charles to be her toy after cutting off his hands and legs, she would make him breath only her and not even air.

When Charles and seven others escaped they headed straight to Martha's uncle's home, the man was a rich honest business man who refused to join his Late brother in doing evil. He welcomed them, Alfie Delgrusso welcomed them without question because he knew they were running away from his niece and this was the last place she would check.

Charles after settling there sent all the necessary details he found that he could use to destroy Martha with a single blow after that he began to take care of Bryce who was kept in the hospital wing of Alfie's mansion, when ever Charles looked at the sleeping Bryce he felt like he wasn't grieving anymore.

Taking care of Bryce through the month and a half made them closer and intimate with each other, Bryce felt he could conquer the world with the smile stoic Charles always gives him.

Alfie's was in a dilemma, through the month and a half he has been trying to get Martha. Martha either busied his call or not pick at all, recently he was sure she had blacklisted him.

'How was he going to tell her she was trying to hurt her family?'

He then decided to tell Charles and the six others that followed him, he knew they were loyal to only the Delgrusso family. Although late Diego Delgrusso was a ruthless man he understood the meaning of family, he never hurt them except for if he caught them betraying him.

When Charles was younger he worked as a gardener for Late Diego, when he was found loyal and strong he became part of (DD) his assassins. He was sent to school then he was also personally thought by him (DD) in the art of assassination.

Finally gathering the courage Alfie told them the truth about Martha's origin, he cared for her but she was fight a lost battle.

"Wait, hold on a minute, you mean to tell us Martha is an impostor?" Charles said as wheels turned in his head.

"Yes"

"Wow, I felt something off about her" number one servant said.

"I suffered under that bastard woman thinking she was a descendant to the great Delgrusso " number two a woman said gnashing her teeth.

"I won't say bastard because I know her father " Alfie interrupted their anger.

"Who?"

"Mr. Adrian Chevalier, the man she is going against, since she turned eighteen I tried to give her the journal he mom wrote all the secrets in"

"....." Silence as everyone tried to boot he Alfie's words, blow after blow he didn't let them understand as he continued.

"She was ones supposed to marry Adrian when Diego killed her family because of them opposing him, so he forced her to marry him threatening to kill Adrian. She invited him out had relations with him and disappeared when she found out she was pregnant she finally allowed Diego have his way with her." He left the rest to their imagination.

"...." Question mark floated around their heads as they were still trying to understand Alfie's words.

Charles wondered what the other people working for Martha do when the found out, well seems like there was away of destroying Martha without staining himself.

He was monitoring Martha so that when the time comes, when she was face to face with her family Alfie and Charles would be there to give her the final blow. Now to convince Alfie.

Charles angry eyes fell on the figure of someone seating on a wheelchair with a maid pushing him towards the group. His eyes soften at the happy looking Bryce.

"Bryce what are you doing here, you should be receiving massage for your toes and fingers."

"I was missing you " he replied shyly.

"Okay okay, come let me take you for your massage" he pecked his cheeks and then excused himself while pushing Charles away as they talked.

Claude was having the time of his life playing a human pieced chess with Martha, she was still like a child to him even tho she was a year or two younger that him.
He had everything set up, during this month and a half Martha had contributed in killing construction works in building that death trap. She was one stubborn fool.

He had been firing her people she planted in his office without his knowledge, then he went to the board of directors who had been using his company as a means for human trafficking, drug trafficking and human body parts trading.

He slowly crippled their networks, killed some of them who refused to sell their shares in the company at the lowest price possible. Being 5$ to a share, so he, his sister and his father had a share of 25%, 10% and 30% respectively. The rest scattered to the few board members, the ones that were killed had their families wiped out not by Claude nor his father but by the people he made them owe.

He used this month and a half to destroy Martha's tentacles she had spread in five years , he was of course in a hurry to spend Christmas with his family and reconciliation with Skye was the number 1 on that list before we talk about Christmas.

He picked up his phone and decided to call Marty for their final battle, he was sure that she has finally noticed how unfavorable her situation has gotten.
