Claude felt like banging his head on the wall, how could he be so stupid and dumb, how could he let the person he claimed to love more than his life suffer so much grief caused my his own hands. His room was in a very big mess so was his fist which was bleeding, his mirror was smashed in by his fist and he didn't care that he was bleeding as he didn't even notice the pain. He didn't notice it because he felt a greater pain within his chest like someone kept cutting his heart strings one by one.

Earlier Claude and his father had been discussing about how strange things had become and how the book could be true so they both decided to call in Philip Claude's most trusted aide and his butler into the study, making sure the door was locked because once it is locked no one on the outside can hear what ever is going on within the study.

"Philip you know I trust you beyond words, so tell me what really happened the day of my children's death five years ago" Claude said. Philip finally let a little smile show on his face, he had been waiting to show Mr Claude all the evidence he had gather about that day. Mr Claude had been too into himself that he didn't really want to talk to anyone about anything except when it comes down to business, Philip hated that his boss was lost and that led to the boss's wife being hurt in the process but he could not blame Claude because he knew why things were that way. Finally he wants to listen so here goes nothing.

"I have been waiting for you to calm down and hear me out sir" he said showing another small smile that if you don't look hard enough you would mistake it for a grimace. He the continued.

"That day sir, master's wife Skye was really happy while he planned a surprise for you to inform you about his pregnancy again and-" he was was cut off by Claude and his father who had wide eyes and opened mouth. "What!!" Philip almost laughed at his boss but he didn't, he had intentionally started with that sentence just for his boss to know how bad he had messed up. That wasn't the only reason for starting with that sentence he needed his master's anger to flow so he would be triggered into taking matters into his own hands. 'Sorry master Skye he needs to know so he could fight against any odds just to get you back'

"Wha- what do you mean by pregnancy Philip?" Claude and his father's heart sunk deeper into their stomachs, Claude was panicking and he had cold sweat around his temple. What does Philip mean about pregnancy, who was pregnant and how did he not notice.

"Yes master's wife was three months pregnant and he was planning a surprise for you with the good news that evening when you get home" Claude could remember how Skye smiled widely asking him when he would be back that he had a very big surprise for him. "That afternoon while he was just telling us about his surprise, the children were taking a nap after playing. Your mother, your sister and Martha came in for a visit" Philip paused so that his words could sink in deep. Claude was suddenly feeling like he should pick up his gun and shoot himself in the head, what had he done?, why did he have to throw a rock on his foot. So the author was right and author had something to do with Skye for him or her to know exactly what had happened.
The older man ( Claude's father) frowned this was the reason why his wife never added an input in the matter whenever they spoke of Claude's and Skye's kids death, at first he had thought she was too heart broken about it all and his daughter hasn't visited in five years but only speaks with her mother. Thinking about it now his wife mostly thought of her self than others so there was an exposure of some truth
