Parinidhi Vyas' pov!

"Hey Bhagwan! This troublemaker is still sleeping?" I could hear the words piercing through my daze, as I felt someone shaking me.

"Bhadra Bua, I will wake her up." I heard another sweet voice joining the conversation, but I decided to ignore it whatsoever and focus on what I am doing. Sleeping!

"Priya! Hurry her up. Today's contract is important." The husky voice again spoke, irritating me.

Who the hell is talking when I am sleeping here? Couldn't they go somewhere else and talk? Why disturb my sleep?

"Nidhi wake up or else Bhadra Bua will come with her bamboo stick to wake you up." Priya said, shaking me hard and I finally had no choice but to wake up.

"What enmity do you all have with my sleep? I was having a very beautiful dream." I complained as I sat up on the bed, my eyes still shut.

I tried to bring that dream back, but it didn't.

"Hey Bhagwan, today also you didn't show me my prince charming's face. Why do you always wake me up at the wrong time? I will give you time till tomorrow and if you didn't show me his face tomorrow either, then I will stop talking to you and will stop lighting candles in front of you." I complained, to the small sculpture of Lord Shiva in my room.

"Hey bhagwan! You and your craziness. Nidhi, go and freshen up." Priya di threw a towel at me and walked out shaking her head and I couldn't stop the grin from creeping up my lips.

My day neither begins or ends without hearing my sister calling me crazy. Well neither hers.

I opened my eyes and looked at the small sculpture of Lord Shiva across the room.

"Remember, it's the last warning," I said for the hundredth time and walked into the washroom.

"Finally, Her Highness decided to grace us with her presence." Bhadra Bua said sarcastically as I walked into the living room. I grinned at her and shot a regal pose, making her more annoyed.

Annoying Bhadra Bua is one of my favourite hobbies!

"Listen clearly, Nidhi. Today's catering is very important. The Raichands are one of the wealthiest families in Mumbai. They are very powerful and influential too. They are conducting some prayer in their house. They are very particular about their privacy, so even your phones are not allowed in there. Don't create any trouble there, I can't come there to help you." Bhadra Bua warned knowing how trouble seems to follow me wherever I go.

"Bhadra Bua, relax and rest assured. I am there, right? I will manage everything. And I will not let Priya di create any sort of trouble there." I said, draping my arms around Bhadra Bua's shoulder, earning a glare in return.

"I am not worried about Priya. I am worried about you, you silly troublemaker. God only knows if you chase trouble or trouble chases you.." Bhadra Bua said, giving a light slap on my cheeks making me pout.

"Aunt! How can you say that? That too about me? Innocent little me!  I am the solution to everyone's problems. Just like my name suggests. Parinidhi. Pari! I am an Angel who spreads happiness and peace everywhere. I am an Angel who showers blessings on everyone who crosses my path." I said dramatically, making Bhadra Bua shake her head in defeat.

"Hey Bhagwan! Only you can save the Raichand family from this bundle of trouble now." Bhadra Bua said, looking heavenwards and I pouted at her.

"You will never change. Go and get ready fast." Bhadra Bua said, shooing me away and Priya di followed me with a chuckle.

We run a small catering business. We are originally from Pali of Ratnagiri, a quaint little village in the outskirts of Maharashtra. Our father Jairaj Vyas is a helper in the temple. We have always lived in the village. It was only a month ago, we shifted to the city where Bhadra Bua, our father's sister, lived. Life was tough and the finances were troubling, so we came here in search of jobs. And in the meantime, a friend of papa, who runs a catering business asked us whether we could make sweets for him on contract basis. It was easy to say Yes as our mother Chandni, a pro cook, had taught us cooking since childhood.

And as per what Mr Haresh Prasad, Papa's friend who runs the catering business, said, the family is from Pali of Ratnagiri and wanted Maharshtrian sweets for the special prayer they are conducting at their home.

Third person's pov!

Meanwhile in Raichand's mansion, Siddhart Singh Raichand  was coming down the stairs, all ready in his suit, to go to the office when his sister stopped him.

"Bubba, where are you going?? I told you last night, didn't I? Today's prayer is very important. We are doing it for you and you are leaving for work?" Jeevika asked disappointedly at her brother.

"For heaven's sake, di. Stop calling me that stupid name. I am twenty nine years old." Sid shot an annoyed look at his sister.

Jeevika was seven years older to Sid. When Sid was born, Jeevika had started calling her little brother 'Bubba' out of immense love and the name stuck even after twenty nine long years, much to the said 'Bubba's' irritation.

"Fine, fine! Stay for the prayer." Jeevika pleaded with puppy eyes.

"Dii, you very well know I don't believe in all this bullsh*t. I am leaving," he said, side stepping his sister to walk out.

"No, Bubba, I won't let you step out of this house today. We are doing this for you, so that you could find the perfect girl for you. Even I have dreams of seeing your marriage and playing with your kids." Jeevika said and Sid rolled his eyes.

"Don't behave like daily soap heroines,  di. And I don't believe in this love, marriage and all such stupidities. Love is only for weak people. You know this better than me. Why do you always end up on this topic, damn it?" Sid burst out furiously.

"You won't stay back? Not even for me?" Jeevika asked with puppy eyes which always worked with her little brother.

Sid sighed in exasperation and started climbing the stairs back to his room, already planning what all work he could do from home.

"I am staying back, only for your peace of mind, di. But that doesnt mean I believe in these stupid things. There is no girl for me in the world!" Sid called out loudly as he reached the top.

At the same time, a cab stopped in front of the Raichand mansion and Parinidhi stepped out of it, with a beaming smile on her face.
