Saiki POV

I took the papers and passed them out to the class and then returned to my seat.

'Kill me now I forgot to do the project.'

'Then Perish.'

'Why are people always complaining about something? No can be happy about their life? I should be the one complaining because I have to listen to you complain'

~Timeskip to lunch time ~

I tried to escape to the roof so I can eat in peace, but then Nendou stopped me.

"Hey buddy where are you going?"

"To hell."

"That's not a nice place, but I know a better one come with me to lunch to get some ramen." I sigh I defeat as I'm basically dragged to the cafeteria.

Once at the cafeteria I took out my bento and began to eat trying to ignore the idiotic conversation taking place.

"I'm telling you Nendou snakes are not land eels." (voidalicia )

"Yes they are!"

"Fine if snakes are land eels then what are water snakes."

"Water snakes are just land eels that aren't fully adapted eels. They still need to return to the water to survive. Or maybe they just like the water still."

"Or they are just snakes that swim in the water!"

I cant believe how stupid these two are. I look up a notice the two new transfer students trying to find a seat cafeteria. 'Please don't come over here' I beg to the gods. I see Teruhashi walk to Y/n and then she walks away with her. One nuisance down and another to go. L/n looked like he was about to walk up here.

'Maybe I shouldn't they seem to be having an important conversation and I can't stick with Y/n forever.'

'Important my ass.' He was about to walk somewhere else when Kaidou noticed him and called him over.

"Hey Flame what are you standing there for come over." I decided to tune them out conversation and entertain myself by eavesdropping on Teruhashi's and Y/n's conversation. I need to see what kind of person Y/n is so I know how to deal with her.

"Y/n I'd like to introduce you to my friends Chiyo, Yumehara and Chisato, Mera."

"Hello I would introduce myself but you guys probably already know my name from earlier. It's nice to meet you all."

"So Y/n what's the name of the island you're from again?"

"It's called the Peaked Archipelago. You won't find it online we're very remote and closed off. Hidden from the world."

"So then why are you here if it's so closed off."

"It's personal."

'Teruhashi has inquisitive friends'

'She should feel honored to eat with me after all I'm the perfect pretty girl!'

I would've listened to more, but then Kusuo wouldn't stop talking to me.

"Saiki did you even hear me?"

"No nor do I care." Kaidou deaf self took that as no please tell me more.

"That's okay I'll tell you again. I've been looking for a new Jet Black Wings secret base and I think I might've found one near the abandoned train station."

'Good grief he just keeps going on and on.'

"Riki is that you?!"

'Please don't tell it's who I think it is'

"Y/n it is him it's been so long since saw him!" Flame shouted.

'Why are you so loud.' What I have witnessed shocked me the most. A female better yet an actually pretty female willingly hugged Nendou.

"Wow Y/n it's been years since I last saw you."

"How have you been best buddy?"

"Oh the same thing you know. I've been talking to roaches and they aren't as bad as they seem."

'They are disgusting vile creatures.'

"You aren't freaked out by the animals right they are actually really nice. Except for butterflies, they're actually very rude."

'What are they even taking about.'

"Yeah it was weird, but I managed to get used to it."

'I'm even more confused now.'

To my avail the bell rung signifying that lunch was over. I immediately got up and left.

'Something's up with these new students and I'm going to figure it out.'
