Running With the Bois

—At least once a winter it happens, a gym class so cold it makes you want to strangle any teacher in a jacket.

"All right get it together it's time for the winter marathon!"

—That's right marathon, but actually this is the easiest and possible for me. All I have to do is run and I can even use my pyrokinesis to stay warm.

"You'll warm up once we start." Hario spoke.

"I'm not even that cold." you added. You were cheating with you fire powers (Flame is too), but no one needs to know that.

"Y/n what are you doing here?" one boy asked.

"Matsuzaki gave me permission to run with you guys as practice for the girls marathon!"

"Doesn't matter which marathon you run I'm still gonna kick your ass." Flame jumped into the conversation.

"You wanna bet?" you snapped.

"Remember that race we had going from the east end of Russia to the west?" You were silent because you lost the race. "I clearly remember you getting distracted and you fell in a--"

"DETAILS ARE NOT IMPORTANT! I remember everything." You hissed.

"I'll be cheering you on Y/n!" Piko woke up from his nap on Flame's head.

"Thanks Piko but shouldn't you be somewhere warm by this time?"

"I refuse to flock with those neanderthals. Other birds are so disrespectful." You and Flame both sweatdropped and kept threatening each other in the meantime the other boys were continuously complaining about the cold.

"It drops a few degrees and you wimps all start whining."

"Kaidou is that all you're wearing?"

—He's cheating with fleece bandages. Saiki looked behind him and saw Nendou....with his hands in his shorts. —Let's just ignore Nendou.

"Hey there Nendou would you like to be running buddies today?" Hairo asked.

"Yeah that sounds fun!"

—It's time we settle this to see who is the better athlete! I will have revenge from the physical fitness test! Hario began to unconsciously use his fire powers in the heat of the moment.

"Hey it's getting warm here."

"Yeah just like a furnace."

"Hey Kusuo want to be my running buddy? I need some extra motivation aside from kicking Flame's ass." You gave him your e/c puppy eyes. Some of the boys around you were starting to get a tad bit jealous but decided against acting out. —As much as I want to say yes I can't, it'll ruin me getting an average score among the grade. I must remain as inconspicuous as possible. I'll just have to come up with an excuse.

"Sorry I can't I don't have stamina like you do and besides who's gonna be with Kaidou when he starts to fall back." You pouted making Saiki feel a tad bit guilty, but it needed to done. Saiki's and your attention now turned towards Matsuzaki as he began to explain the instructions.

"This is a 10 km race every 2 km you'll cross a checkpoint with a teacher at it making sure there's no funny business."

Kaidou walked up, "Well sorry bout this but I'm gonna let out my true power see you at the finish line."
