Y/n pov
"Why y/n? Why?" George screamed tears falling down his cheeks
"I don't know george" you said , trying to sound like you were okay and it didn't hurt you , but it did hurt you , you couldn't be with him the only thing you were gonna cause is for him to be in trouble his family to be in trouble it was dangerous for him to be around you and you didn't want him to go trough this anymore.  He already went through so much for you , and you couldn't do this anymore,  you loved him so much but you had to protect him from him and you knew
"The least you could do is fucking look at me" he screamed louder
"Why are you breaking up with me?" He yelled, more tears falling down his cheeks
You looked at him and saw the pain in his eyes your heart broke but you had to do this,  you just had to
"Cause I don't love you george" you simply said back , your stomach twisted after these words knowing they were definitely not true
"I never did and i never will , this was al just a game , seeing how long you would believe i actually liked you, but now it just got pathetic" you added
"Fuck you y/n! Literally fuck you fuck you fuck you!" He screamed at the top of his lungs
"I did everything for you , I did everything because i loved you so fk much, you're a heartless bitch! I fucking hate you!" He screamed leaving your room .

It was now 2 months later you were miserable,  but he moved on dating some ravenclaw girl he seemed genuinely happy with her and she looked like she loved him a lot , he finally realized he deserved better and that was everything you wanted right
Everyone knew about the fight , no one wanted to talk to you anymore they all thought you were a heartless cold person , and no one wants to talk to that
You looked at him sitting in the great hall with her on his slap, smiling like he always used to do with you, she looked happy to , he deserved her and she deserved him , you still loved him so much that's why you did this, he didn't even give you a glance he just acted like you were air and maybe that was for the best cause if he would look in your eyes you knew you would break down immediately
